Erythritol, the sweetener in this can increase risk of stroke and heart attack, cardiac event. I wasn't familiiar with the artificial sweetener erythritol so I looked into it. I like the idea of someting reasonably sweet for a snack, I have type 2 diabetes and this tastes ok. Decide for yourself.

not a fan of the flavor. tastes odd

Its really good, hard not to eat the whe bag at once. Less guilt , tasty, and crunchy.

The vanilla almond is good but I like the other variety of their product better

This is great. Grabbed a bag while it was in store and really liked it. It is a nice light crisp granola - doesnt have hard pieces. The nature valley protein granola has the standard harder pieces of granola. Sometimes that kind hurts my sensitive teeth. But this stuff is good and super light and crispy. Not available in my club anymore so i'll be ordering it online.

I was excited to try this gf granola, but upon the first bite I was spitting it out. It's that bad. Don't make your poor tongue suffer.

Great with Greek yogurt, no sugar spikes, gives a nice crunch when adding a tablespoon on top! Will buy again!

They changed the formula. This did not use to have almonds or seeds in it before when it was first sold in stores. I bought 3 bags thinking it was the original recipe - now it just tastes off. There is no vanilla flavor at all.

Unfortunately this product uses erythritol, which has serious health risks.
