Erythritol, the sweetener in this can increase risk of stroke and heart attack, cardiac event. I wasn't familiiar with the artificial sweetener erythritol so I looked into it. I like the idea of someting reasonably sweet for a snack, I have type 2 diabetes and this tastes ok. Decide for yourself.

very crunchy mistrry balls. large clumps of whey protein with a sickly sweet artificial flavor. i regularly buy and enjoy the standard nutrail granola, but this product is terrible

The serving size is generous (2/3 c.), and you get 17 grams of protein! Not overly sweet. Love it in yogurt! Has ingredients you can pronounce and zero sugar.
