This is very tasty especially as a snack. No need for milk.

Unfortunately I would not buy again. The flavor was ok. But I can only describe that to me it seemed like fake, artificial food.

Granola

The serving size is generous (2/3 c.), and you get 17 grams of protein! Not overly sweet. Love it in yogurt! Has ingredients you can pronounce and zero sugar.

Erythritol, the sweetener in this can increase risk of stroke and heart attack, cardiac event. I wasn't familiiar with the artificial sweetener erythritol so I looked into it. I like the idea of someting reasonably sweet for a snack, I have type 2 diabetes and this tastes ok. Decide for yourself.

Good source of protein. Taste is ok.
