My husband and I love this mattress. It is not too hard and not too soft. It is just right as Goldilocks would say. The mattress was shipped to our house and tightly bound and protected. Once the mattress was opened up it stretched out to a normal queen size shape and was able to be slept on in a couple of days. Great quality and price.

This mattress is firm yet soft in all the right ways. We will be using slats unstead of box springs. The packaging it came in made it eash to transport to our new home. Once unboxed, the mattress was quick to expand and take shape. So excited tp be sleeping on it soon!

I was initially hesitant about this bed because I don't like the pillows from Sam's . Anyway, the bed was mailed to us and it arrived quickly. It's quite heavy, so you'll need two people to move it. However, once I got it out of the box and removed the wrapping, it was easy to handle. The bed has a nice balance of softness and firmness—not too firm, but just right.

Really like the thickness and firmness of the mattress. Love the removable cover for cleaning in the washing machine. Cooling works fairly well. Normal fitted sheets work well with this mattress. It was packaged well and filled back up to full thickness innless than 24 hours after unwrapping.

You have to give this mattress a try! This is not too firm and not too soft, this is the most comfortable mattress that you won’t want to get out of the bed. I usually have back issues but this mattress my back has not hurt at all! Unbelievable! Love love love and highly recommend! Great mattress at a great price!

So far this mattress has been very comfortable and I've been able to sleep comfortably since day one. I'm a side sleeper who easily wakes up sore if i sleep the wrong way or in one position for too long. So far this past week I have had no issues falling and staying asleep on it nor waking up sore. I hope it holds up and doesnt sag or break down easily. It's two people and kids and no complaints as of yet. I'm very picky and I can say I recommend this mattress especially for the price. Also, members mark generally makes good products.

We decided to upgrade our daughter’s room since she is almost a teenager soon and needs more space. This was a great option! I personally love “bed in a box” beds. They ship to my house super easily and it’s kinda fun to watch them inflate when you take them out of the plastic! We let it “inflate” for 48 hours before using it but it would’ve been fine after 24 hours. It is the perfect amount of soft and firm. It hugs your pressure points well and doesn’t leave them feeling sore. This is a very comfortable bed and our daughter has been loving it! The only thing that I don’t love is that you can’t sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off of it. So if you like to sit on the edge of your bed to put your shoes on or anything else, you’ll need to scoot back a bit. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, I would buy the mattress again!

I have had memory foam, purple, and pillow top beds. I thoight this bed would have been softer given the thickness. When we started using it the bed was very firm. We had to put a mattress topper on it to make it softer and now its pretty perfect. No too firm not too soft.

First let me just say I rated this a 4 because I woke up and felt great every time I’ve slept on this mattress however I have no idea why. It’s extremely hard but after a short period you sink right in. Rolling over is a little difficult because as you sink you make divots that then need to remold to your new position. My immediate thought was a don’t like this but why am I sleeping so good and waking up without back pain. I’ve come to the conclusion I’ve need a harder mattress and didn’t know. It comes very well wrapped so you know it’s clean from the warehouse. We have a king. You will need at least two people to move this. It’s heavy. I’m not a small women and I couldn’t move it at all by myself. Also it’s cooling which is great I’d like me are a warm sleeper. First time in a long time I didn’t have to kick off all the covers to be comfortable.

Comfy, but after sleeping on this mattress I am having back pains. Also the sheets do not stay on very well! On a positive note the gel top is very cooling, but barely noticeable through the sheets.
