[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Back to Roots bagged soil is odor free and has a nice dark color with small pieces of mulch. I added the soil to an existing bed I am growing tomatoes in. I like that it's an organic product. I wish the bag was bigger.

The thing that surprised me the most was when I purchased it I placed it in my garage before bringing it to the yard because it was raining. While in the garage for 2 days there was a great deal of bugs that found their way out of the dirt.

My veggies are doing so well and should be ready for harvest very soon. I love that it's not only natural, but also organic because it makes me feel like I'm doing the best thing for my family.

I made this in a long planter to plant some chicken pasture seed and the seeds sprouted quickly and it grew great clover, grass, and pea sprouts for them! I forgot to take a picture of the grass and clovers that grew in the container and my chickens ate it all up quickly, so there is no picture, but I do love the ingredients in the dirt mix and I feel confident that it is safe for my chickens to eat! I haven't used it for flowers or food since I don't really have much to do at the time of year and no space, but will keep using it for my chickens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted at the results of using Back To Roots organic soil for edible plants. I repotted Papaya, Pineapple, Lemon. Chives, Avocado, Sweet Potato, Kafir Lime and Dragon Fruit plants. All loved the soil! Very good results.

I really wish Influencer would get with the seasons on certain items. It retains water well. It had a lot of large clumps of it in the bag. It was packaged securely for 23lb bag. It doesn't smell like manure or anything.

I noticed that my plants and flowers were not growing and once I added this bed mix to the raised bed, it literally changed how fast my plants and flowers grew. I also like that this bed mix is all natural and organic.

It doesn't get dry and hard easily like some of the soil (soil only) and contains a lot nutritions that help plants stay moisturized and grow bigger.

It will hold moisture well! I'll have to mix some other stuff in there so it doesn't get sogged in the FL summer showers. The smell is tolerable. I can't wait to see how my fruits & veggies produce!
