I’m not a huge fan of raspberry flavored things but I wanted to try something different. Unfortunately this one didn’t change my mind. The white chocolate part is creamy and smooth (which I liked) but the raspberry flavor was a bit too strong for me. However, if you do like raspberry, this is a solid shake. It has 30g of protein, only 170 calories, and just 3g of sugar, so it’s great as a post-workout option or a low calorie snack. Plus, it’s packed with vitamins and minerals like calcium, vitamin D, and iron, which is always a bonus.

Tried this new flavor and it's definitely on my #1 list. Lite and no chalky aftertaste

It taste delicious and has plenty of vitamins minerals and especially protein.

Too sweet & costs more than other flavors.
