I really like this premiere high protein brand shake. It has a yummy white chocolate and Raspberry taste. With 30gs of protein like other high protein shakes it only contains 2g of added sugars. The other added plus is the abundance of vitiams and minerals. You can actually use as a on the go snack or as a meal replacement, since it leaves you feeling full. I highly recommend this high protein shake.

So let me start by saying that I do like protein shakes, but I am pretty basic when it comes to the flavors so this one I was a little bit hesitant but boy was I wrong!! THIS FLAVOR WAS DELICIOUS. I tried it on its own and it’s not overpowering or too sweet. It’s just a great balance of sweet and creamy. I also put it in my coffee as a flavored creamer and it was delicious. With only 3 g of sugar this was a great way to start off my morning, especially when I’m running out the door. Drank some to fill me up and also to flavor my coffee… You can’t lose!

My first time trying this flavor. It’s was good doesn’t have a strong raspberry taste. I like that the protein has 30 grams. Definitely a meal replacement. I chose to make an iced coffee and did a pour over with the protein shake. It served as my breakfast and kept me full!!

I honestly don't drink protein shakes but wanted to try this one due to the flavor. I loved the flavor a lot. I added it to my coffee in hopes I would stay full longer. I really wanted to like this flavor. It seemed like a nice change from vanilla and chocolate flavors you normally get with protein shakes. But this flavor is not good! The after taste is a weird medicine flavor, it seems familiar but i cant put my finger on what it is.
