The protein shake tastes alright. It does keep you feeling full for a while so if that’s what you’re going for it works. I would recommend it for anyone that’s looking for an alternative for a real milk shake.

It is a good protein mix that is quite low in carbs but this particular flavor tastes a little too sweet for my liking. Some people, however, will find it delightful.

Not a huge fan of the flavor. If you love raspberry cheesecake flavor then you might enjoy cause it does taste similar . I’m just not in love so I can take a couple sips and I’m done. Also fyi has carrageen in it in case anyone is against that

The flavor was very good! Sometimes protein drinks are not the best. They are bland or have an odd flavor. This one did not. It had thirty grams of protein which was awesome! I used it to start my day off!

Has an excellent raspberry flavor that is noticeable but not overbearing. The vanilla flavor is subtle making the raspberry shine through the flavor. The drink is not overly sweet and no after taste as it is often common in this category.

So i was very excited to get this, i actually have the mint chocolate ones and love them. I drink protein drinks all the time. Personally I didn’t like the taste. It tasted chalky to me. The texture was good, it was just the right amount.

If you love white chocolate, this is the shake for you! Its creamy white chocolate flavor is dominating in this shake. As someone who isn’t a huge white chocolate lover, it was too much for me and I found myself missing the raspberry flavor.
