Ok, this protein shake is not bad. It has 30 g of protein which is higher than most P shakes (20-25g P) and is low fat (3g) and low carb (only 3g of sugar). The consistency is wonderful - not grainy or too thick. Think of a cow milk consistency. I didn't love the flavor, it tasted a little medicine-y to me but maybe that's just the white chocolate/raspberry flavor I'm not used to (or the list vitamins they added). I wondered how they got so much protein and such low fat/carb/calories. One glance at the ingredients list said it all (it's a loooong list of ingredients). But, hey, that's what happens when the people want high P, low carb, low fat, low everything 😅 it isn't bad but I think I'll stick to my 1-2 ingredient whey powder and will keep these for emergency/rush days.

Tried the Premier Protein shake, Indulgence. The combination of white chocolate and raspberry made for a sweet a tasty combination that was delicious. I drank it in the morning to skip breakfast and was not hungry until lunch time. It does give you energy that you need after skipping breakfast.

Great tasting, low sugar, high in protein. Great for on the go, it’s tasty too. I don’t eat breakfast due to hectic mornings and this is the perfect grab and go protein source to replace breakfast. This is my new favorite flavor. It is better chilled and in a glass or with a straw.

I drink protein shakes daily as part of my diet and have had other Premier Protein shakes. If you need one on the sweeter side this might be one you would like. It was too sweet for me. I would say it’s very strong on the white chocolate flavor and tastes like sugary milk. I would have preferred less sugary and more of a raspberry flavor. I ended up putting the rest of it in my coffee cause it was too much sweet by itself. The coffee helped kick the flavor a bit and made a creamy coffee drink.

I love love love this protein shake! I have tried many different brands and flavors over the years and many of them are just gross tasting or have a weird texture. This one the flavor is fantastic and is not chalky or gritty in any way. It tastes like you're drinking a milkshake. I am not usually a white chocolate fan but I do love raspberry so I decided to give this one a shot. I am so glad I did! I have gone through several cases of it already. The white chocolate flavor is not fake or waxy like white chocolate flavored items usually are. The raspberry tastes like real raspberry and not fake. There is just the right balance of both the white chocolate and the raspberry - neither one is overpowered and you don't feel like you need more of either flavor. I really can't say I have any complaints on this one. I hope this is a regular item and not a seasonal flavor - I don't want it to go away!

Packed with 30 grams of protein and flavor!! Easy to grab and go or enjoy at home. Its nice you can drink it at room temperature or enjoy it from the refrigerator. The berry shines through nicely and a nice light chocolate flavor in the background. No after taste either. Will definitely consider this flavor for future purchases.

This Premier Protein indulgence high protein shake was just okay. I had high hopes for it as I was excited to try this particular flavor (white chocolate raspberry) but unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. It was perhaps a little too sweet, even though it only has 3g of sugar, but also maybe a little too artificial tasting. I wouldn't say it was bad but it's not something I would necessarily want to buy either. And yes, I had it cold when I drank it. I'll probably try the other, simpler flavors to see if those taste any better, as it is nice and convenient to have something like this readily available whenever you need a quick supplement or replacement meal on the go.

I drank this to help supplement my protein intake. I had tried the chocolate version of this brand and it was good. This flavor, the white chocolate raspberry, was still smooth like the chocolate one, but I didn’t particularly like the combination of white chocolate and raspberry flavors. I usually do, white chocolate and raspberries make a good combination. In a liquid form however, it wasn’t super appealing to me.
