I thought the price was higher by about $*********.  However, availability is King.

I have not yet had a chance to use it but all signs point to a positive experience.

The switch 2 makes the old switch so small in comparison it is actually really decent

Not worth the purchase, don’t switch from OG Nintendo switch to the 2. It barely connects to my tv on the dock without having to unplug everything from the dock and plug it back in — directions from Nintendo support 
A let down for my son and my whole family 
Started failing within a month of purchase 
Not comparable to the original switch that lasted us for years.

the Nintendo switch 2 is very good I've been using it for some quite time and decided to write a review now the graphic's are great it loads fast and best of all big screen as well on top of it I think it's also a great traveling system or just at home device to go any where with! I highly Recommend it
