Technological junk

Remote is not friendly. App sucks. Tv quality does not seem any different than a$1000 tv. Maybe I paid for the size. Apps are always freezing, constantly restarting my tv. The downloaded phone remote doesn't adequate control tv. Very disappointed. Wants precise no vpn location 100% of time to use features. Not worth $3000!!!

No regrets here!

I have a lot to say here because my experience was wild. First to rate the television I would say that I do not understand anybody’s somewhat negative comments about this television. I guess if you don’t understand technology very well then perhaps the TV is difficult but I think it’s very fluid and easy to deal with. The picture and the quality of this TV is beyond belief. I was upgrading from a previous 85 inch Samsung TV that died within one year from the black screen of death and it is just night and day difference between those two TVs. I cannot stress enough how fabulous this TV is and how happy I am with my purchase. Now, for the wild part of the story is the fact that I had Sam’s Club shipped this to me which came via FedEx freight. The idiots that delivered the TV to me clearly he smashed it to pieces and left It dropped like that in front of my house. It was smashed to pieces and it was obvious. Now the good part is that Sam’s Club 100% took care of all of this problem. They immediately had FedEx rate come back out and get the busted TV and straight away bring me a new one which you could tell was a brand new undamaged TV even just from the boxing. Sam’s Club did not delay and they did not waste any time on making it right they did not give me a hassle about it and even though it was a huge inconvenience, what happened to begin with and it should not have happened at all Sam’s Club was top-tier in taking care of that issue. I’ve probably never had a return experience go as good as this did especially when you’re dealing with a large item delivery. So I appreciate their professionalism and how they took care of it. Now FedEx freight on the other hand ought to be outta business if this is the way they operate all the time. It was terribly unprofessional because those guys knew they were dropping a broken TV in front of my house. So overall, I would say that given I had the full Sam’s Club experience I guess I would say I would definitely do it again and I would definitely purchase this TV. 1000 times over because it is just fabulous. And I got this on Black Friday sale and you can’t find it cheaper anywhere else. I’ve seen it plenty of other stores and it is way more expensive.

Great picture but you might need a soundbar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible picture, huge step up from my old Samsung edge lit albeit the sound isn't as strong as perhaps it could be (a common issue for things screened tvs), just be prepared to tweak a couple of settings to get your individual picture perfection...

Superb 77” TV option at fair price

No concerns with the C1 at all, still great 5 years later. And this is even better! All in all, for what you get this is the sweet spot in terms of value for money…

Great picture!

My previous tv was a Samsung 55” OLED and this LG is a definite upgrade. Thanks to everyone at LG 👏
