[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No TV is perfect, however for the money you are spending, I would assume better integration of the AI features as well as better overall OS features and customizability. However, picture is great and like any OLED the blacks and contrast are spectacular. If you can get this TV on a deal such as I have then you will have no real complaints (even though its on a deal, still very expensive). Oh and you should expect to get a sound system or sound bar if you are getting this TV, built in speakers not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG C5 is an excellent purchase. I use this primarily for gaming and streaming movies with my family. Its colors are rich and bright, and the 144hz refresh is excellent for my Xbox. I look forward to using this TV for many years to come!

The picture quality is stunning—deep, perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast that really make movies and games come alive. Brightness has noticeably improved compared to previous OLED models, which means it performs beautifully even in brighter rooms. Motion handling is excellent, and the TV's upscaling makes even older content look sharp and clean. It is very good and Best TV for everybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are precisely two complaints that I can give my LG 77 C5 OLED television. The first is that is that it's too thin. I feel that the fragility of the thin design is not worth the future hassle if I ever need to move it from its current location. However, that is not a problem whatsoever with how the television functions and it functions extremely well. I have been using an LG 65 B8 OLED for six years and felt it was time to step up and really give my home theater a true theater feel, with the larger screen. So far, the new television easily matches the excellent picture quality of that B8, which was a calibrated display, without needing professional calibration. I'm sure professional calibration would make the C5 look even better, but the built in Filmmaker Mode made it very easy to slip into use without hours of fine tuning. The first films I watched on it looked fantastic and I only needed to mess with a couple of settings to capture that look. I can't tell you how the speakers in this television sound. I don't use my television's speakers, as I have a dedicated sound system. I did have to figure out ARC for the first time in order to get the most out of this new television's features with my gaming setup and I appreciate how well it works with passthrough. I assume the speakers may be another downside to anyone expecting an all-in-one package, but televisions as a whole have not had excellent speakers built-in for years, so that isn't a knock against this television, but does go back to the way televisions keep getting thinner. The second complaint that I have is of the new magic remote. I understand minimizing many of the functions, but the lack of a mute button or a play and pause button for people using the built-in media apps is disappointing. I am the type of person who prefers having dedicated buttons for my functions rather than going through menus. It's not a major deal, but using my previous remote was less responsive than the new one, so I'll stick with the new one. As a whole, this television is everything i expected and more and I would fully recommend it.

Build quality appears to be solid as material of frame and base are metal vice plastic compare to other TVs in the market. Following Rting for calibration. Color saturation is good in both bright and dark rooms. I'd like to stick with realistic pictures thus opted for Dark Room Expert mode vice Vivid. Set up process is mostly painless and logical. Interface could improve to make selecting input source easier. Sound quality is average. Not really impressed with AI Pro sound mode. Stuck with Cinema. Overall, it has been good thus far after few days of use. Hopefully it'll last for longevity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using the LG OLED for years , 1st Gen , fantastic image quality , one of the best part i enjoy was the upscaling , turning the 1080 P streaming from my PC into clear video quality , i am not sure 2k maybe ? and i loved it , now upgrading to 77 inches C5 , i bet i will love it even more .

I often watch sports and action movies and I'm in awe of how good the content looks on this TV. One of my favorite features is how good that sound quality is on this unit as compared to my old TV. You can tell that LG really invested time in enhancing the quality of the audio from the TV alone. While I ordered a soundbar to go along with the TV; the audio from the TV alone is sufficient and you won't be disappointed.

However, after setting it up and watching it, I feel better about my purchase. The quality of the image is mind blowing! the user interface is smooth and the remote is very responsive. I couldn't be happier, the colours are beautiful, the blacks are perfect. LG crushing the OLED game as always!
