Well packed (It's a giant box), easy enough to get mounted up on the wall, and very thin. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in webos interface for how responsive and intuitive it is to navigate with the magic remote. So far we haven't felt the need to install an external media viewer, and are going to stick with the built in app. I like the customizable picture settings with being able to tune in sharpening, upscaling, gamma, color temp etc. The brightness is more than sufficient for my fairly dark living room, and I even turned down the max brightness a little given our environment. If you're in a dark room, you really don't need the brighter models. I didn't expect much form the built-in speakers, so I paired it with an old soundbar with the intention of upgrading it later.

After 5 years of amazing quality and no issues with burn-in we jumped at the chance to add a 77 inch C5 to our collection. The CX was jaw dropping then but somehow LG just keeps getting better and better. Many don't realize that this breakthrough in technology and price was only possible due to the decades of relentless investment by LG into figuring out how to mass produce OLED TVs at an affordable price. Thank you LG for bringing this amazing technology to the world! Once you go LG OLED you are a customer for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my LED TV for a long time and decided to upgrade. And it was worth it! Colors are super vivid, bright and black contrast is outstanding. I was watching one of those animal documentary videos and you can see every single hair strand and tiny little flies. Technology is truly amazing. I'm finally able to take advantage of those 4K options in my streaming services. I'm still trying to fiddle around with the settings to get that perfect setting but since TV comes with a lot of options and customization, it's going to take time. I also got a great deal from LG with a bundle package so I actually bought it with no regrets.

But LG made it possible, with their reasonable rates , and today I finally own a new tv after so many years that too an OLED.. and my god the quality is mind bending. I got the TV delivered around the time IT WELCOME TO DERRY got released, and I am watchinh these episodes on my new tv now.. and I have no words.. it is soooooo good. The C5 is the upgrade I have been looking for. The picture quality is exactly what you buy an OLED for — deep blacks, insane contrast, and colors that actually look natural instead of blown out. Brightness has noticeably improved compared to older models, especially in HDR, so it handles daylight rooms better than past OLEDs I've owned. The motion handling is smooth, gaming performance is top-tier (low input lag, full HDMI 2.1 support), and the OS is fast without the annoying lag you get from some other brands. Build quality is premium, setup was simple, and so far I've had zero issues — same as all my previous LG OLEDs. They've always been reliable for me, and this TV keeps that trend going. If you're on the fence, just get it. The C5 is the kind of upgrade you immediately notice and don't regret.

The picture quality is insane, the brightness is solid even in my living room, and the size alone makes movies and sports feel completely different. LG definitely did their thing with the panel. One thing that disappointed me was the lack of a mounting point for the Synergy bracket. On the smaller sizes this TV supports it, so I expected the 83” to have the same option. For a premium TV at this size and price point, it feels like something that should be included. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely inconvenient if you're planning a full LG ecosystem setup. Other than that, it's been great. I just wish they didn't remove that feature on the biggest model.
