You would think a company would make it as easy as possible to purchase and acquire your item. Instead you jump through multiple hoops, many of which are in place to try and get you to forfeit your warranty. Product 4/5 company 2/5.

Additionally, the TV's sound system is very good as well. The bass was decent and there was enough clarity that I'd still be happy even without a home theater setup.

The only thing I don’t like is the frequency of the ad integrations, when the TV goes into standby mode, the ads become really annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is amazing. The color contrast and black/white ratios are fantastic. The tv menus are easy to follow. There was a minor glitch with the HDMI Arc connection disabling my surround sound mode on my receiver. It was easily fixed. LG made it easy to enable/disable certain features like the tv talk back function and AI voice command.

The 77" screen completely changes movie nights – blacks are truly black, colors are rich without looking fake, and HDR content really pops. The newer OLED evo panel with Brightness Booster / “Bright Room Ready” holds up surprisingly well in my bright living room, which was my biggest concern going in. For gaming, this TV is a beast: 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, support for up to 4K/144Hz with VRR and ALLM, and super low input lag. My PS5/PC games look incredibly smooth, and the TV automatically switches into the right game mode. webOS is snappy, apps like Netflix/Disney+/Prime are built in, and the new Alpha 9 Gen 8 processor keeps everything feeling fast while also doing excellent upscaling on 1080p content. Pros: Incredible contrast and black levels Bright enough for a room with windows Fantastic for gaming (4x HDMI 2.1, VRR up to 144Hz, ALLM) Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos support for movies Very thin, premium-looking design

The user interface is easy to use as well as fast. I have the TV placed in a sunny area and noticed that glare is not an issue at all. Overall great value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Display on content is breathtaking in clarity, vivid colors.Contrast was, of course, excellent due to the OLED screen. Of course, this is when watching the appropriate media. (I was watching an UHD disk of a movie). Out of the box, menu was really cluttered with apps I didn't need (not subscribed to most) and unwanted ads. I deleted the unused apps to de-clutter. Remote is nice with a point-at-screen-and-click feature. However, the precision of the pointing is a tad off. You get used to it. My package came with an LG soundbar which worked with the LG TV remote, which is a huge plus and allows me to put away the soundbar's remote. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase

The first night I set it up, I played a movie I’d watched dozens of times, only to be stunned by how different it looked. It felt like rediscovering something familiar through a new lens. As I switched between movies, shows, and sports, the α9 Gen 8 AI processor proved its value. Older content looked naturally sharper, action scenes stayed smooth, and colors remained accurate no matter what I was watching. When I connected my gaming console, the 144Hz refresh rate and low input lag instantly stood out; gameplay felt fluid, precise, and intensely immersive. WebOS 25 added to the experience with quick app loading, easy navigation, and thoughtful recommendations. The TV’s design, slim and modern, fit beautifully into the room without drawing attention to itself. Even before adding a soundbar, dialogue was clear and the audio had surprising depth. What impressed me most, though, was the consistency, no matter the content, the C5 delivered a cinematic, vibrant, and genuinely exciting viewing experience every time.
