This TV is great for watching movies, tv shows and online gaming. This is my second LG OLED TV and compared to my current LG OLED, which I have been using since 7 years, this one has enhance brightness and better performance. If you are looking for OLED TV which is not very expensive, but give similar features and picture quality, I highly recommend to go with this model.

The picture quality is absolutely breathtaking — deep, inky blacks, vibrant yet natural colors, and incredible contrast that makes every movie and sports game pop off the screen. Even in a bright room, the OLED panel handles glare surprisingly well. The new Alpha 11 AI processor does an amazing job optimizing content automatically — from 4K Blu-rays to streaming shows, everything looks crisp and lifelike. Motion is buttery smooth, and the 120Hz refresh rate combined with LG’s Game Optimizer makes this a dream for gaming. The input lag is nearly nonexistent, and HDMI 2.1 support on all ports is a huge plus for next-gen consoles. The webOS interface is fast and intuitive, and pairing it with the Magic Remote feels natural — voice commands work great too. The built-in speakers are surprisingly full, but pairing it with a Dolby Atmos soundbar takes it to a whole new level. At 83 inches, the size is immersive without overwhelming the room. Movies feel like a theater experience, and sports are just on another level — it’s like being on the field. If you’re debating between OLED models or waiting for the next sale, trust me — the LG C5 is worth it. The performance, design, and image quality are second to none.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality on this tv is fantastic. I’ve had my old 65” tv for about 10 years until it just stopped working. After some research, this tv hit all my requirements in terms of refresh rate, OLED, and size. Everyone says the color and picture is extremely vibrant. The sound quality is only ok, so I would recommend a sound bar/speakers to go with it. Other than that, I highly recommend this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade my 10-year-old TV setup to catch up on 4K and get more size. My room dimensions are 14x22ft and we sit about 10 feet from the TV. The 77-inch size is perfect for that configuration. Setup was easy. The Ethernet port was nice for hooking the TV directly into the network, although wifi would have also been fine. The smart apps and home setup work well and the processor seems sufficiently quick that app launches and updates are smooth and don't feel underpowered in any way. Depending on your firewall you may need to allow access to some sites to get app and firmware updates to work, otherwise you will run into -102 (connectivity) and -202 (certificate) errors. The default settings had the classic soap opera effect which I was quick to update. Once that was resolved the TV was exceptional. We don't deal with a lot of glare in our room setup so I can't comment on that, but the picture was fantastic for our purposes. ARC setup worked well to drive audio back into our receiver. TV sound quality seemed fine, although I think for a TV like this you will get the most out of it with a receiver+speaker setup. I saw some concerns about the remote but honestly it worked very well for us. I will be ditching our universal remote and Roku as the TV covers both well. I do wish the buttons were backlit. That feels like a miss for a TV at this price point. All in all I was very happy with the TV. Unboxing through setup were smooth and movies shine on this display. Highly Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading to c5 83in from 65in oled b7A, picture quality is awesome and its a pleasure watching movies on this large screen tv. Compared to my old TV, screen on this TV is very reflective and more often need to turn off the lights for best experience. Interface is fast and smooth, app selection is good, found all the ott apps that I use. Sound through phone is an awesome feature for times you need to keep it quite. Thinq app and wifi connected features are an upgrade compared to previous tv. Remote has been a let down for me, soft click buttons would have been so much better. Just don't feel like using the remote, my old tv remote was so much better and had a premium feel. Over all I am happy with the TV.

Coming from a pioneer plasma, I was afraid the experience would not be as good…I was wrong. The set up and controls are also pretty straight forward, with easy to understand progressive prompts. The blue light reduction is a nice add which I quickly employed. Made an immediate difference. Nice job LG…you have a winner in the C5. Highly recommend.

The C5 is so smart, it knows if you’re watching a show in Dolby Vision or a sporting event, automatically adjusting the display settings for optimal viewing. It also features LG Gallery mode, so when the TV is off, it displays artwork, making it look like a framed picture. All the apps run seamlessly with smart remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OLED77C5PUA delivers incredible picture quality, deep blacks, and excellent HDR once it’s set up correctly. Out of the box it can look dim because “Energy Saving Auto” is enabled — turn that off and the panel becomes much brighter. Movies in HDR and Dolby Vision look amazing, and gaming at 4K 120Hz/144Hz is smooth with almost zero input lag. Not the brightest TV for very sunny rooms, but overall one of the best OLEDs for both movies and gaming.
