Customer reviews for LG 75" Class UA7700 Series 4K UHD Smart TV forMember photos
Good value for the money!
I'm using this TV as a computer monitor, in an adjusted vivid mode and it's fantastic. I also have a 77" G5 for TV viewing. This would make a good bedroom TV but it's not intended, at least to me, to be your everyday TV. Once you realize its limitations, it works just fine.

Fantastic purchase!
Awesome TV!
Great TV
Great TV,especially for the price. Picture compares favorably to our LG OLED TV in the living room. This one is in the MBR. Easy hook up to our LG soundbar.

Give directions in English words!
Smart tv, but DUMB directions: Papers in English for privacy, safety and promo products, but directions, even using QR code for PDF have NO WORDS! Maybe that works for some people, but it is NOT easy. For instance, for 43" setup screws are shown as different, certainly no washers. After 45 minutes trying to remove washers, just used them and seems stable. But 2 remotes? I only got one and don't know if the 2nd is optional (dotted lines) but how will I change channels? LAME. It'd cost practically nothing to make this a used friendly set up.
Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG TV. We appreciate you taking the time to describe what happened during setup, especially the difficulty with the word‑free instructions, the confusion around the screws and washers for the 43" model, and the uncertainty about the second remote shown in the guide. Your feedback about how the setup materials could be more user‑friendly is important for us to review so we can look more closely into the specifics of your model. To allow us to properly investigate the details of your specific product model and to see if there is anything we can do to assist with this setup‑instruction and remote‑inclusion issue being encountered, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. Value Driven
Nice picture with lots of viewing options! This is a good value, especially when on sale! The bells and whistles are many and the thin geometry makes it an attractive wall mount. Processor is a bit slow and LG+ Gallery functionality is not as expected due to it lacking an active auto brightness sensor to adjust brightness to changing room lighting conditions automatically. All around good value driven 4K UHD TV!
Hello. Thanks for sharing your experience with your LG TV. It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the picture quality, viewing options, and the slim design—those are definitely standout strengths of this model. Your notes about the processor speed and the LG+ Gallery brightness behavior give helpful insight into how the TV is performing in your space, and feedback like this is valuable for us to review. Great dependable tv.
This is our third LG TV purchase this year and we’re very happy with both 65” and the 55”. When it is back in stock, we’ll order a 27” for the kitchen. They are easy to navigate and work very well.
Hello! We’re excited to hear how much you’re enjoying your LG TVs. Picking up the 65" and 55" in the same year is quite the upgrade streak, and it’s great knowing they’ve been easy to navigate and performing just the way you hoped. We love that you’re already planning to add the 27" to your kitchen lineup once it’s back in stock — sounds like an LG home in the making! great picture, terrible user interface
Two stars only because the clarity is very good. The TV picture is great. However, the user interface running the device is terrible. It barely responds to the remote control. Instead of a button in the center of the directional arrows, there is a scroll wheel. But the scroll wheel does not do what you expect it to do, instead of moving from icon to icon, it activates a remote pointer mouse. Well the pointer mouses accuracy is horrendous. It jumps all over the screen, it clicks where you don't want it to, and doesn't click where you want it to. My recommendation for you before buying any television is to get the remote from sales and operate the tv, not just watch the high-resolution picture on display. This tv is very difficult to navigate. And there is no place to disable this annoying feature. Also, do not be fooled by the AI tag, this is NOT AI. The help feature they call chatbot, does not give prompts, it is merely a pre-defined set of questions and answers. Maybe they have some AI running in the background recording all you do so it can present content you are interested in, but even that is NOT AI, but simply maching learning and recording. don't be fooled, get the remote from sales, operate the TV. Make sure you are good with how this works. Also, the chromecast and apple air play barely work. I was finally able to use them both, but it seems to hang on to the connection after disconnection, so a second user cannot also cast via apple. The response time is slow and laggy when it finally does connect.
Great tv—but no Magic Remote is a serious issue.
Just bought this tv yesterday and it is, in fact, fantastic. However, as others have pointed out, there's no Magic Remote. I'm not just disappointed, I'm actually concerned that this borders on misleading advertising: ALL the marketing material focuses on AI functions WITH the Magic Remote. Unlike added functionalities available with an LG soundbar, there is no asterisk warning that the remote isn't included on the model I purchased (65in). The standard remote is listed in the specs, but that's far too easy to miss when you've just been bombarded by images of the Magic Remote as a main selling point. So, I now own a television that effectively locks me out of most of its touted, standout features. For me (and others who bought this tv based on ad copy), all the promotional videos on this page, and on the store's web page where I made the purchase, are simply not true. In fact, I can't even find this remote model listed anywhere. I read the reply about the Magic Remote being available to "further enhance" the experience but, with all due respect, that's not how you present it. At all. The promotional material even says "your Magic Remote" not "a Magic Remote". That doesn't sound like an add-on. As I said: the UA77 is a wonderful television. It really is. I would've given it 4 stars, easily. But I'm just profoundly disappointed with LG. This isn't right.
Hi! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear you’re enjoying your new TV overall.
