I had looked at other TVs while in store and you always can tell that the clarity or clearness is not the same once you open the TV at your home. With the LG OLED TV it was different, I had the exact same experience from the store(display) to my home. I mean it’s not only Netflix that comes out amazing and crisp and vivid, with vibrant colors! Is even sports!

The AI features help so anyone can get a good picture and sound without having to calibrate. It has enough hdmi ports to allow you you to be able to add a number of devices.

I expected improvements, but the difference is far greater than I imagined. The brightness alone is a huge upgrade — HDR content looks dramatically more vibrant, with specular highlights that genuinely pop in a way the C1 couldn’t achieve. Colors are richer and more accurate, and the contrast feels even deeper, giving movies and shows a more cinematic look. Motion handling is smoother, and the new processor really shines in upscaling and clarity during fast scenes. Gaming performance is outstanding as well. Input lag is virtually nonexistent, and the boosts in brightness and uniformity make both dark and bright game environments feel more immersive. Everything just looks cleaner and more controlled compared to the C1. The webOS interface is faster and feels more polished, and the overall user experience is simply more responsive. Even the build quality feels slightly more refined, with that premium OLED look that LG is known for. Overall, if you’re upgrading from a C1, the C5 is a significant step forward in every major category — brightness, processing power, picture accuracy, gaming performance, and user experience. It’s the best OLED I’ve owned, and I’m extremely happy with the upgrade.

OLED black level is impressive! My BluRay discs look better than ever, Streaming 4K is a dream come true for this A/V lover! I use my 5.1 sound system most of the time but even if I don’t turn that on the sound is fine. I don’t game but love the motion capability on Football.

Even with light coming in from a nearby window, the picture still looks great, bright and clear, and barely affected by the ambient light. Sound quality is solid too; playing music through the TV is crisp and enjoyable. I love the convenience of AirPlay. Being able to cast straight from my devices without needing an HDMI cable (though HDMI works perfectly as well) makes everything easier. All my streaming services connect with no issues, and navigating between apps is smooth. The TV itself looks incredibly sleek despite being around 60 pounds. The design is thin and modern, and I love the remote’s pointer feature. Typing through my phone using the LG ThinQ app is a huge plus and makes setup and searches much faster. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to set up and use. The built in sound is decent but I would recommend a sound bar. Looking forward to enjoying this television for years to come!

Scenes with pitch black do not have any backlight glow. The TV is bright, colors are vivid, and the contrast is excellent . . . 5 Stars!!!!
