The picture quality for C5 completely stunning and all additional features including faster processor, better sound definitely make it worth the upgrade and quite affordable as prices started to go down. We could not be happier. Highly recommend this TV.

I purchased this TV and the LG S90TR soundbar. This was a significant upgrade for me and playing the YouTube LG Demo videos look and sound as good as they do in the store. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the magic remote does not have a mute button. To mute the sound, you have to hold the volume down for several steps and then it mutes. If you have the volume set where you want it, and want to mute without changing the volume to answer a phone call, you can't. This also makes it impossible to go from a high volume to a low volume quickly without unintentionally muting the TV several times while lowering the volume. This is a major annoyance to me. Future remotes need to have a mute button on the remote. This could be solved by allowing an existing button to be reassigned as a mute button with a firmware update. Otherwise this a great TV.

The perfect blacks and infinite contrast are still stunning to see, even if you're used to the technology. Where the C5 really shines, and where I agree with the expert consensus, is in its brightness and color. Watching 4K HDR content (especially in Dolby Vision) is a transformative experience. Highlights pop with incredible vibrancy without washing out the rest of the image, and the color volume is outstanding. In my moderately bright living room, the C5's brightness is more than enough to provide a punchy, gorgeous image during the day, which is a huge step up from older OLEDs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is amazing, but not light years better than my 2018 b8 oled like I was expecting. Definitely much brighter though. Main issue is the TV usually starts with the TV speakers everytime when I want it to use the ARC audio to my receiver. Also hdmi1 video was flickering with my fire TV cube but not on hdmi3. My switch seems to work fine on hdmi1 so not sure what to think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with this 65" LG TV has been absolutely amazing. Not only was the unboxing very smooth and easy, but the set-up was quick and simple. I especially love how large the TV is without compromising picture quality. The images are extremely clear and I like that I can change the settings to be more cinematic or higher contrast. The colors appear vibrant even in the daytime when there is a lot of light coming in. Honestly, you can't get much better than this- great user interface, 10/10 picture quality, clear sound, and lightweight. Right now, I'm watching the new seasons of "The Boys" and "Invincible" on Amazon Prime, and I'm so happy to have a bigger, nicer screen to see all the action!
