[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG 77” C5 OLED evo AI, and after a few weeks of use, I can confidently say it’s one of the best TVs I’ve ever owned. The picture quality is the first thing that grabbed me. Colors look incredibly vibrant, and the blacks are truly pitch-black. HDR movies pop off the screen, and even regular HD channels look sharper thanks to the AI processing, which genuinely makes older content look cleaner and more detailed. Gaming on this TV is a dream. With all four HDMI 2.1 ports and ultra-low input lag, my PS5 and Xbox Series X feel more responsive than ever. Fast motion stays smooth, and the clarity during action scenes is impressive. The design is sleek and modern, and even though the TV is huge, it doesn’t feel bulky. WebOS is quick, easy to use, and switching between apps is instant. The only downside is the built-in speakers—they’re fine, but a soundbar makes a big difference. Overall, the LG C5 has transformed my movie nights and gaming sessions. It’s definitely a premium TV, but if you’re looking for an upgrade that delivers stunning quality, this one is worth every penny.

I’ve become a fan of the sound too; the Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision combo makes every movie feel like a theater experience. LG really nailed it with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is amazing, but not light years better than my 2018 b8 oled like I was expecting. Definitely much brighter though. Main issue is the TV usually starts with the TV speakers everytime when I want it to use the ARC audio to my receiver. Also hdmi1 video was flickering with my fire TV cube but not on hdmi3. My switch seems to work fine on hdmi1 so not sure what to think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My space is inherently dark due to having a night time occupation. The infinite contrast of the WOLED panel makes the picture pop. I previously had a 10 year old curved panel and it was lovely but after seeing my best friend’s C1 I knew I wanted to eventually grab one of these myself. Gaming plays a small role in my life and the ability to have 120 hz refresh for my Xbox and PS5 was a huge factor in my choice. Games look amazing, the latency is almost non-existent and they look better than they ever have before when compared to what I previously had. The only issue I have is WebOS and the settings menu. WebOS is fine, I just don’t need it to be there when I turn the TV on. The settings menus seem lacking for the quality of this set. I like to tinker and while I can’t articulate what’s missing from the settings that I’d prefer to have, I can say it’s annoying that things are grayed out when I should be able to control everything at any given moment. Overall, I’m very happy and will continue to work on perfecting my experience.

This is easily one of the best OLED TVs on the market. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are incredibly deep, and the 4K picture quality is stunning. Our room gets plenty of light, yet the TV’s brightness and contrast remain crisp with virtually no reflections. Even the built-in speakers deliver an impressive, theater-like audio experience right at home. Highly recommended.

Additionally, the TV's sound system is very good as well. The bass was decent and there was enough clarity that I'd still be happy even without a home theater setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an upgrade from my 7 year old LG OLED. I went from 65" B7A to a 77" C5. The difference is already apparent. The original is still a great set and is moving to the living room. But the increased size in my home theater setup is amazing. It's also much brighter, especially with HDR and Dolby Vision content. Upscaling from lower def content is also much more refined. All in all a great set. If I had one complaint it would be the new design magic remote. So far I'm not a fan. Clumsy layout to use, no mute button, and doesn't fit in my hand near as well. But this is a small issue as I don't use the remote day to day. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from the LG CX to the C5, and I’m really impressed. The picture quality is definitely better, especially with older content. The new processor does a great job upscaling lower-quality video, and motion is smoother too. The blacks and contrast are as great; HDR feels a bit brighter than on the CX. One thing I noticed right away is that the anti-reflective coating seems way better on the C5. Less glare, even with windows nearby, which is a big plus if you're watching in a bright room.
