Overall pleased with the product; however, bungee hooks should have holes in them, the cooler is also difficult to lift into a vehicle without appropriate handles, and it is too tall to fit under the bed cover of my truck. Would be nice to have an option where the wheels and base fold in or remove for loading into truck beds with bed covers.

Bought this to take to the beach in the hopes the wheels would make it easier to haul. Have to say it was amazing. My 13 years old grandson ended up hauling it back and had no problems dragging it though the sand. Love the newer handle design. As for keeping ice for 4 days? Doubtful. It wasn't even a particularly hot day and two bags melted pretty quickly. The butlers tray was a lifesaver as were the side clips to strap down gear. The dry storage, albeit small, was very nice to keep our phones and glasses from getting sandy and out of the heat. Well worth the money. Now the rest of the family wants one! Only negative is it is such a tall cooler we couldn't close the tonneau cover on the truck. It is about 4 inches too tall for the truck bed. Chevy 1500.

The Trailmate Journey 70 Qt seems to be well built with a lot of great features. It's only going to be an occasional use cooler and we have not used it as of yet. I do with the seal on the lid was a little more secure but when transporting for our uses it shouldn't be a problem.

Excellent functionality, so far I'm really enjoying the cooler. This seems like the perfect cooler for an upcoming beach trip, may I suggest an accessory option in place of the rod holders to hang beach chairs from. I would definitely purchase this option.

This cooler is awesome! Tho a little large, it will be perfect for my beach vacation with its great wheels (plow through sand) and the design which keeps the cooler elevated off the hot sand. Capacity is incredible and IGLOO has thought of every litte detail to make it's use more attractive. Incredibly fine quality. Can't wait to put it to the test!

This cooler is big and bomber. I love the aggressive wheels. We are a family of 6 and we travel for baseball and soccer. Eating out gets crazy expensive. This cooler let’s us bring plenty of food for all of us. I’m inspiring major cooler envy everywhere I go.

The cooler has a yellowish adhesive squeezed out around the top portion that was NOT cleaned off during production ruining the dark green finish. The lid was barely held on right out of the box. The cooler is also scuffed in numerous places further ruining the finish which is the ONLY reason I decided to spend so much to get this cooler.

I am considering a return for this, unfortunately. For all the extra features Igloo gave this cooler, why wouldn't they add a latch to keep the lid closed? It isn't secure or airtight, and would probably benefit from a gasket too. Was willing to accept the fact that it isn't roto-molded but surprised that these other simple standards aren't here. It's the best looking cooler with wheels on the market, hoping it performs as promised.

We love our Trailmate Journey cooler! The olive color is perfect to not show scuffs, dirt, etc. I am short, but because of the adjustable handle, it is so easy for me to roll the cooler, even when it's completely full and has items strapped to it as well. I highly recommend this cooler.

So far, this cooler is almost everything I hoped. The large tires and wheelbarrow style handle gives the option of push or pull and makes steps and gravel very easy to navigate. The space inside is nice and square with a flat bottom, so stacking can be very efficient. I have two complaints. 1- the inlet to the drain is almost 1.5" above the bottom off the cooler so even if you tilt it up, it won't drain completely. 2-the lid doesn't mechanically latch. It's the same cheap feeling push to close top that the other cheap models have.
