Unfortunately some of the seals on the cooler didn’t fit right and the plastic was peeling back in different places.

The lid is chinsy. Weak henge, no gasket, or seal, but it does shut tight. Rolls nice, & the handle seams sufficent.. Low-end cooler, but it has all the features a cooler needs.

Cooler has everything needed for a day at the beach. And it’s easy to get through the sand with its big wheels, handles, and higher ground clearance than any other cooler out there.

Completely surprised that it came fully assembled - very welcome. Great cooler with lots of fabulous features that will make it my favorite cooler. First Igloo that I have purchased that has ability to keep contents cool for multiple days.

I’ve had this cooler for about a year, I received it as a gift a year ago. I was so excited as I had been looking at this cooler for a few months. It was great at first, used it a handful of times, nothing too crazy, mostly softball tournament trips. However I have had three screws fall out of the frame underneath, the cap to keep the wheels has fallen off, and the handles now loose also. How do I fix these without it looking like some sort of Franken-cooler because these parts aren’t available.

I’ve had this cooler for about 7 years I’ve gone through 2 lids, because they warp and shrink in the heat/sun. The warranty department replaced the first one. I have taken it car camping a few times and it got heavy use during covid but on flat surfaces like the porch. But with a warped lid it doesn’t keep ice longer than 12 hours. Just used again for graduation and the wheels literally fell off.

Tested it at the beach, amazing! Wheels made it extremely convenient to move. Not to mention only used a small bag of ice and it retained extremely well the cold

It's a nice looking cooler. Has some design issues. Not worth the money if you ask me. Sending it back because they didn't send the free bag that was a selling point for me.

The weather stripping on the dry box started coming off on day 2 of using it. It did ok at keeping items cold. I had to buy another bag of ice on day 3, but it was very hot and the cooler was sitting in direct sunlight.

We absolutely love our cooler but the bracket that holds the wheels to the base has snapped due to being thin hoping we can get it fixed so we can use our cooler again as I would hate to throw it away due to not being able to use the wheels. They should offer the bracket as well for purchase!!!
