I like the glass pitcher and ease of use. Works as promised; I don't fill it with ice; I make 2-3 cycles with the same teabags and then add ice when I drink it.

I like making tea in this. So easy to do. This is my second one. The first one had a problem with the switch From the beginning but I have used it for three years. Just now decided to get another one and power switch is so much easier to push.

I love the Brewer the problem is the cheap thin glass pitcher. I was lucky that I was very easy on the glass this long, but it broke last night when it barely bump another glass. The other glass is just fine, this broke.

We have been using Lipton Diet Raspberry instant tea mix for over 20 years. They have quit making it so we had to find an alternative. This ice tea maker is easy to use and it makes great tea.

Excellent iced tea. Much depends on tea selections and your choice of strength. You'll notice it might seem strong at first but as the ice melts, the taste and boldness becomes more refined. Experiment.
