Made tea about 5times and then power button didn't work.

Very bad. Water poured all over counter. Returned

We could never get this to stop leaking. It made a mess every time we used. We ended up throwing it away

Original purchase leaked badly when activated. Cost me $39 to ship it back to manufacture. Replacement unit seems to work just fine. Looking forward to lots of iced tea in August.

Great price, easy to use and makes the perfect tasting ice tea. I do like the fact you can choose how strong or weak you want your ice tea. Definitely recommend.

My husband LOVES iced tea. I used to boil water and make a pitcher of tea every couple days. We purchased this iced tea maker and that changed everything! We love it! It is so simple and makes great tea. We highly recommend it!

I really hate to do this but after 3 uses, all it does is spew tea across my counter when I try to use it. I’ve cleaned it and taken it apart every which way but I can’t use it without it leaking tea everywhere while brewing now. Also, the build quality is flimsy. I wanted a tea maker with a glass carafe vs plastic, but the pitcher is the thinnest glass you can imagine. I’m scared I’ll break it if I set it down too hard on the counter. I do NOT recommend this tea maker.

I have not had any of the issues other reviewers have mentioned. You must have the lid on the pitcher before you start brewing to prevent leaking. The spigot from the machine will brew directly into the pitcher with lid secured in place. The quality of the glass pitcher is fine. Handle as you would any glass of this size and volume and you will be fine.
