I am considering a return for this, unfortunately. For all the extra features Igloo gave this cooler, why wouldn't they add a latch to keep the lid closed? It isn't secure or airtight, and would probably benefit from a gasket too. Was willing to accept the fact that it isn't roto-molded but surprised that these other simple standards aren't here. It's the best looking cooler with wheels on the market, hoping it performs as promised.

It’s a beautiful cooler, saw the reviews first before buying it, most of them were good reviews. And I agreed with all of them, it’s perfect for parties, taking it to camping, beach, all the attachments it comes with it’s perfect, anything you need to keep cold, it keeps it cold! Happy with my purchase and the color it’s beautiful as well!

The trailmate is great for the beach. It doesn’t sit in the sand, love the umbrella holder as well as a place to keep my wallet and keys out of the sand. It wheels great on the sand without getting sand everywhere. The tanle feature is also helpful,

Cooler looks great. Has awesome features. But sometimes the lid doesn’t seem to close all the way and there is no latch or lock. The metal wire inside that holds the lid and prevents it from opening too far also coils up and gets in the way of the cooler closing correctly approximately 3 out of every 5 closes.

Overall pleased with the product; however, bungee hooks should have holes in them, the cooler is also difficult to lift into a vehicle without appropriate handles, and it is too tall to fit under the bed cover of my truck. Would be nice to have an option where the wheels and base fold in or remove for loading into truck beds with bed covers.

Purchased during their Memorial Day sale. The Olive green is more gray than green. The plastic storage area in the front is handy but made of a thin plastic that probably hold up long. The fishing rod/umbrella holders are a cool feature and this cooler offers more than others on the market. Husband is happy overall but I think it’s overpriced.

I got my husband this cooler for his birthday and we absolutely love it!!! This thing goes through any terrain, the bottle openers are a life saver , the fishing pool holders are amazing and I didn't realize how much I needed those until I actually had them and I love the tablet holder that's on the lid. This cooler has everything you need!!

I love this cooler's features. It doesn't keep ice long if it's not full is one of my complaints. We don't fill it up with ice, usually just enough to cover what's there, and it's usually melted by the end of the day on the boat. Large enough to hold all of our beverages and food. I love the serving tray under the lid. Cup holders on top do not hold popular mugs, or cans with koozies unless it's the tall skinny cans - that's also a disappointment. Overall it's a 4 star.

Overall cooler is massive and had high hopes. Construction seems to be decent but not quite as heavy duty feeling as I would like. Larger wheels are great for going over things if needed. Seems to hold ice for awhile but not quite as long as other coolers in this price window. Biggest fail is the lid. Has no way of clamping down tight just pushes down. Flimsy at best. If you rock to far back when towing with a full cooler lid will fly open. Cooler at this price point should have a lid that locks down…. Literally their cheaper coolers all do why not this one? Also lid doesn’t seem insulated enough. I returned It purely on the lid problems. Would have kept it otherwise. Hopefully they can fix that in the next line so I can buy one.

Perfect beach cooler, by far! Igloo has knocked it out of the park with this design. The larger wheels, providing plenty of ground clearance make both sandy beach travel and forest terrain travel a breeze. Additionally, the ground clearance keeps your ice longer on the beach because your cooler no longer has to bed down on the hot sand. Instead, it (the cooler) being elevated, has that coastal breeze blowing under keeping ice longer. 70 qt. makes for plenty of space, the dry storage basket is a key feature, allowing for those things you want cold but not in ice to be considered. The external features are well executed too. From the tray that allows for food prep and or table top necessities to the dry storage bin or beach umbrella/rod holder, or the built in bottle openers (homerun), this is a cooler that with make all your summer ventures that much better.
