I’ve had my cooler for 7 yrs and it’s a great home cooler, the only thing I have ever had trouble with os going on the beach, this cooler is not made for beach 🏖️I’ve been to 5 different ones and it’s kryptonite is Sand and it’s because of the design of the tires if they were larger and more round it would be better, also the drain plug should not be connected with a steel cable but more with a plastic round strap maybe.

Love the ease of moving this cooler. The extended handle is a great design. Lots of extra storage and holds a lot. But apparently it holds more than it was designed for. Second weeks with it and filled it up with drinks and ice and went to use the handle on the end and it just snapped off. I looked for customer service on the site but can’t find any contacts.

I bought this cooler last year Feb 2023. The pros and cons are the following. Pros: eye-catcher, sturdy, wheels are acceptable, spacey, and keep products extremely cold with some modification. The telescopic handle works. Cons: The cooler is designed without a door gasket!! I installed a gasket, The door did not latch enough without modification. I installed rubber latches so the cooler door would stay tightly locked and BEAR-proof. Now, the contents stay extremely cold! The telescopic handle tube could be thicker for prolong dragging when full. Cooler is very heavy. Overall, please follow my modification recommendations. I recommend.

My wife bought this for me as a present 1st time we used it seemed like it was going to be a great cooler. The 2nd time we brought the cooler out the cheap plastic hinge snapped on one side of the Lid causing to snap in and out falling off and eventually completely braking. We were trying to get a cooler durable, but the lid is not meant for a JOURNEY breaks way 2 easy.

The cooler keeps ice for almost a week, easy to navigate over most terrain, holds plenty of beverages. The bottle openers are a nice option as well as the dry storage which is perfect to store keys and cellphone. I highly recommend this cooler. Jerry Fenton

I bought it in September so I have not tested in hot season yet. But have used it traveling and we wanted a Big cooler that was rugged. This is definitely that. Large, rugged, appears to be durable, you will need alot of space to travel with this cooler. I have a truck and its no issue. I feel this cooler will suite our families needs. Ice retention if i get 4 hours out of travel like it claims i will be happy. Mosy other coolers we have don't get that. And the price is fair on what you are getting here way better price then a yeti or Pelican.

Was extremely excited to purchase this item but after opening the package I was disappointed l. Straight out of the box, I noticed scuff parks on the bottom and sides of the cooler. I also noticed that the wheels were not in new condition… this item looks like it was returned and sent back out . There was bonding or some sort of glue on the sides of the cooler . I’m not one to leave negative reviews but for the price I’m disappointed In the quality and what I received .. I understand minor marks but large scuffs and clear indication of use is not right.

I love this cooler... has so many extras that make it a completely functional cooler for our boat days. No more hunting for my bottle opener, takes the stairs to the boat slip like a champ and the tray inside makes is easy to find the lime for my Corona. YaY!!!

I’ve had this cooler a little over a month. I’ve took it on one trip. Seemed like a good cooler until I got it home. In the process of cleaning out items inside of the cooler I let it sit on my hardwood floor for a few hours while I was gone. When I returned home I found that the drain plug had leaked out letting water leak onto my floor. I now have water damage to my 6 month old hardwood flooring.

Purchased this beast primarily for the beach. Love it for storage and keeping everything cold. Exactly what we wanted. But it did not roll on the sand as featured in product photography. Too heavy to roll in the sand? Maybe - but that is what we bought it. Suggestions?
