Hot but not what I expected. The name of the sauce is Original Blue Agave Sriracha sauce but I hardly tasted any Blue Agave. I was expecting to see a blue sauce but instead tasted a hot red sauce, nothing that stand out. Will I purchase this again? No, I rather purchase Trader's Joes Sriracha sauce.Yet, this sriracha sauce mix well with salads,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Sriracha and the agave sweetness is a special touch, the sweetness threw me off when I tasted it on a cracker but enhanced my fried rice and ramen and did wonders. Will definitely buy again.

Delicious and aromatic. I love putting it as a barbecue sauce with added ingredients on top of my meats. As I eat a lot of soups I also put it on borscht to add that extra flavor. It's very nice.

My favorite, favorite hot sauce to use on pretty much everything. This has been an integral part of my calorie deficit and I look forward to putting it on eggs, cottage cheese, salmon, and whatever else daily.

I do love this sauce, however the most recent bottle I purchased tastes starkly different from the original bottle I had. Much more spicy, not as fruity/sweet. A little disappointed but still a very good sauce.

Love the product use it all day everyday but i can’t help to notice that the product has increased over 30% in the past 18months. Could someone explain the rapid increase?

This has been my favorite go to hot sauce since the company started! All other Sriracha usually has cane sugar in it, which I avoid at all costs, that's why I loooove this one! And the flavor is SO GOOD!

Not too hot, a little sweet, and goes on everything. Honestly haven't found something that it doesn't go well with. I'd call it a low medium heat but great flavor.

At this point I'd say I'm officially addicted to all their sauces. Every one has a special taste to offer and every single one is incredibly good. If you want a hot sauce made with the best ingredients around then definitely give them a try.

I’m not a Sriracha aficionado but I know what I like. Yellowbird’s Blue Agave Sriracha Sauce is my favorite because the synergy between sweetness and spice yields a balanced concoction. 1+1-3
