It’s fantastic! To be fair though, I’m kind of a fan of the tequila which also comes from blue agave. Coincidence? Maybe...

Hot but not what I expected. The name of the sauce is Original Blue Agave Sriracha sauce but I hardly tasted any Blue Agave. I was expecting to see a blue sauce but instead tasted a hot red sauce, nothing that stand out. Will I purchase this again? No, I rather purchase Trader's Joes Sriracha sauce.Yet, this sriracha sauce mix well with salads,

I just recently discovered in that journey that a lot of the Sriracha sauces at the local grocery store are usually full of gums and other ingredients that are not gut friendly. I did some research and stumbled across Yellowbird! Yellowbird is not only gut friendly but it’s also delicious! It has minimal, recognizable, and trusted ingredients! I will probably be a life long customer! My husband also loves all the different variety of flavors! 😉

I don't like sriracha, but when I had a chance to try Yellowbird's I accepted ... and my life was changed. This is a perfect entry level hot sauce because it's the perfect mix of a little spice and delicious sweetness with a wonderful aftertaste. You will be reaching for more! Even kids like it. Baby's first hot sauce!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slightly sweet, not overly spicy or acidic...compliments a lot of what we eat. We are grateful to that the quality of this sriracha hasn't changed, despite radical rebranding. We loved the beautiful original packaging and were worried when the logo and packaging changed...but alas, the sriracha is still delightful and continues to be a staple in our household.

I was introduced to Yellowbird last year and since then it has become the #1 sauce in my life . It's not a traditional hot sauce and I've used it more as an everything sauce. Move over Ketchup, move over CFA sauce, there is a new sheriff in town for flavor & tastefully done heat. Excited that Sam's scored them as a partner and excited to place my first order on Sams.com

Definitely not your standard-fare sriracha, but a super tasty play on the condiment. The agave is very noticeable and makes the sauce slightly less versatile than a typical sriracha, but (in my opinion) makes it taste a lot better.I was really surprised how much I liked this given that I'm lukewarm on the old Rooster sauce.

It’s saucerific! I would give it 5/5 if you had more variety that was made without onion but more garlic since I’m allergic to onions! Would love to try all the other varieties!! Down with onions!! UP WITH THE GARLIC!!! PleaseLet me know when or if you make more SANS ONION so I can spread the news! Five family members are hot sauce lovers but have the same allergy!

Perfect sauce to take that bowl of Chipotle to the next taste level -- especially in the crazy supply chain world in which you cannot be assured that all your favorite ingredients are on the Chipotle line-up. Last night, no vegetables (again) -- and no avocado!!!! Blue Agave saved the meal!!!!
