I took a trip to Austin and fell in 💕. My husband noticed my eagerness to start each day. I had to confess that the Yellow Bird sauces the hotel served with breakfast (normally a meal I skip) had me head over heals. I have been stocking it at home ever since. I live in San Diego so I like it hot and the Blue Agave Sirache goes well with eggs, meat, and veggies perfect to set my soul on fire with just enough sweet to the savory heat.

We are grateful to that the quality of this sriracha hasn't changed, despite radical rebranding. We loved the beautiful original packaging and were worried when the logo and packaging changed...but alas, the sriracha is still delightful and continues to be a staple in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blue Agave Sriracha is 1 of the 5 core "classic" sauces and it's one of my favorites! I just bought some more bottles because I go through hot sauce rather quickly. YB's Sriracha is better than the original because it doesn't have a lingering aftertaste. The way I describe it is "it's cleaner than original Sriracha." If you haven't tried it yet, you will not be disappointed. It's such a great time that it'll become a staple in your pantry like it does in mine!

Yellow birds blue agave siracha has turned into my staples condiment. I use this siracha on just about everything including but not limited to: pizza, eggs, tofu, pork, tacos, teriyaki, avocado etc. I like the sweetness and heat level it makes for a very versatile sauce. I have been bringing the travel size bottle to work daily to add to any lunch I have. Highly recommend trying this sauce out.

Because of the Huy Fong sriracha shortage I was forced to try different brands of sriracha because I literally put it on everything. Yellowbird blue agave sriracha is hands down my favorite one, even better than the original. It tastes amazing and the packaging is so cute. The first bottle I bought had a removable cap which was kind of annoying, but the next one I bought had a twist top so I have no complaints!! It’s the best!!

Without a doubt, this is the best tasting Hot Sauce I have had. Lots of flavor, while keeping the heat.. The Ghost pepper sauce has a great flavor, with a ghost pepper aftertaste. One of my favorites. I have tried all of the flavors and I'm a fan of them all. While I can't say for sure which is my absolute favorite, I bought the 5pac of different flavors and they are all great!! I just reordered the large sizes of all of the five flavors to refill the smaller size plastic bottles that comes with the 5pack. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a new favorite ever since the OG Sriracha had a fallout, this is IT! It has the right amount of spice/heat/kick to it and a slight hint of sweetness to it that compliments it just perfectly 😋 I use this sauce on EVERYTHING and I didn't even do that with the OG sauce. If this sauce isn't hot enough for you or you want hotter, they have other flavors that are hotter. Or if that's not your thing, the have another type that is less hot than this one. But to me, this is the perfect go to sauce for ANY dish.

My sister visited Austin and brought back a couple of bottles for my dad and I. Before trying I was skeptical that it was going to be too spicy for my liking (considering Yellowbird is a Texas company) but was completely wrong. This sauce is the best out there. Not too spicy, not too sweat, but the perfect combination of both. I put it on everything, pizza, sandwiches and even had in out on the Thanksgiving table, which was a huge hit. I go through this stuff like water!

I just recently discovered in that journey that a lot of the Sriracha sauces at the local grocery store are usually full of gums and other ingredients that are not gut friendly. I did some research and stumbled across Yellowbird! Yellowbird is not only gut friendly but it’s also delicious! It has minimal, recognizable, and trusted ingredients! I will probably be a life long customer! My husband also loves all the different variety of flavors! 😉

This is by far my favorite Sriracha ever. It has a little kick but doesn't overwhelm the food. I put it on almost everything, eggs, sausage, pizza, tacos, burgers, fried potatoes, and pretty much everything else that isn't salad. I love making my friends try it and then seeing a bottle show up at their house a few weeks later.
