[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My trashiest snack is this on sharp cheddar cheese. Thankfully, it’s a rarity. This sriracha is excellent on anything keto: western omelets, burgers, steak stir fry, roast chicken. It’s genius that YB includes two but also it’s a social dilemma: give one to a friend or use em both? Either way, the ‘bird is the best and I ain’t goin anywhere else for sriracha.

Love all the Yellowbird hot sauces. Tried it at a restaurant in Austin on vacation and came home to Denver and ordered the sample pack and 2 huge Blue Agave Sriracha bottles. I am a huge fan of this stuff. Habanero and Ghost Pepper are all in my top 3.

My sister visited Austin and brought back a couple of bottles for my dad and I. Before trying I was skeptical that it was going to be too spicy for my liking (considering Yellowbird is a Texas company) but was completely wrong. This sauce is the best out there. Not too spicy, not too sweat, but the perfect combination of both. I put it on everything, pizza, sandwiches and even had in out on the Thanksgiving table, which was a huge hit. I go through this stuff like water!

Liked customer service and quality all organic ingredients. Also liked the gnarly bird logo on the bottle.However we found it was overly sweet (somewhat like a barbecue sauce) and not as hot as we were expecting. Do you make a sriracha that is not so sweet and hotter?do they make

It’s fantastic! To be fair though, I’m kind of a fan of the tequila which also comes from blue agave. Coincidence? Maybe...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everyone else, I was looking for a replacement sriracha and tried a few of the best reviewed sauces I could find. Most were misses, but this was a hit!!! Not too sweet, not too spicy. I put it on chicken, beef, rice, noodles, etc... Everyone that tries this has asked me where to get it. Highly recommended to sriracha lovers.

Absolutely love Yellow birds hot sauces!! Blue agave sriracha is my favorite, it’s milder sauce,ghost pepper is also very good! Got smoky flavor and definitely spicer then blue agave sriracha, habanero is also very good but spicer one. I honestly have not had bad one of their hot sauces yet, they’re all absolutely all amazing and have fresh ingredients, not like any other sauces I’ve ever have had

I have always loved a siracha hot sauce on just about anything. However once I discovered the Classic Blue Agave blend it goes to another level of taste explosion. I now I have a bottle at my work desk.Try a bottle, your taste buds will love you for it!

Perfect sauce to take that bowl of Chipotle to the next taste level -- especially in the crazy supply chain world in which you cannot be assured that all your favorite ingredients are on the Chipotle line-up. Last night, no vegetables (again) -- and no avocado!!!! Blue Agave saved the meal!!!!
