Love all the Yellowbird hot sauces. Tried it at a restaurant in Austin on vacation and came home to Denver and ordered the sample pack and 2 huge Blue Agave Sriracha bottles. I am a huge fan of this stuff. Habanero and Ghost Pepper are all in my top 3.

I’m not a big sriracha girly, and it is very rare that I ever leave reviews for items. However, I am genuinely obsessed with this sriracha. I saw it a few times in the grocery store and was intrigued by the packaging but never got it. I finally caved and got it because why not and it is currently my favorite hot sauce to use on top of literally everything. My eggs, avocado toast, I am currently eating a bowl of pasta and I put it right on top and it’s still bomb. So therefore I had to write this review because even putting it on pasta it is amazing. I highly recommend.

This hot sauce changed my life (not in a crazy way). I take it to every meal, I put it on everything, and most of all I love how everything is sourced ethically. I stay away from a lot of products I genuinely enjoy because of unethical sourcing and extreme labor but this is a hot sauce I can enjoy the taste and the production of :)

Mexican, breakfast, sandwiches. I’m not a super spicy kind of guy, so this is a perfect combo of sweet and spicy. And the spice is tasty, not just hot. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely love Yellow birds hot sauces!! Blue agave sriracha is my favorite, it’s milder sauce,ghost pepper is also very good! Got smoky flavor and definitely spicer then blue agave sriracha, habanero is also very good but spicer one. I honestly have not had bad one of their hot sauces yet, they’re all absolutely all amazing and have fresh ingredients, not like any other sauces I’ve ever have had

Definitely not your standard-fare sriracha, but a super tasty play on the condiment. The agave is very noticeable and makes the sauce slightly less versatile than a typical sriracha, but (in my opinion) makes it taste a lot better.I was really surprised how much I liked this given that I'm lukewarm on the old Rooster sauce.

I took a trip to Austin and fell in 💕. My husband noticed my eagerness to start each day. I had to confess that the Yellow Bird sauces the hotel served with breakfast (normally a meal I skip) had me head over heals. I have been stocking it at home ever since. I live in San Diego so I like it hot and the Blue Agave Sirache goes well with eggs, meat, and veggies perfect to set my soul on fire with just enough sweet to the savory heat.
