[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend turned me on to Yellowbird and I got a small 3 pack to try some different flavors and this Sriracha is absolutely delicious. I eat a lot of quesadillas and this has become my go to hot sauce for them. Spicy, excellent flavor with just a touch of vinegar and sugar.

It’s saucerific! I would give it 5/5 if you had more variety that was made without onion but more garlic since I’m allergic to onions! Would love to try all the other varieties!! Down with onions!! Because of the Huy Fong sriracha shortage I was forced to try different brands of sriracha because I literally put it on everything. Yellowbird blue agave sriracha is hands down my favorite one, even better than the original. It tastes amazing and the packaging is so cute. The first bottle I bought had a removable cap which was kind of annoying, but the next one I bought had a twist top so I have no complaints!! It’s the best!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sauce! It’s a little sweet, a little tangy, and just kick of heat. My fave food to put it on is carne asada fries burritos. It’s fantastic! To be fair though, I’m kind of a fan of the tequila which also comes from blue agave. Coincidence? Maybe...

I recently received a shipment of 12 bottles and the first bottle, still using, is far less thick and lighter in color. Not sure if the recipe changed, but I am disappointed with the first bottle and already notice that I am not using it as much because it doesn't taste the same.

I love the blue agave sriracha. So much so I have it at home and at work. Goes good on everything especially breakfast. I order it frequently and have Gotten a couple of my coworkers buying it now too. Here’s a picture of my work bottle. Time to replace it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blue Agave Sriracha is 1 of the 5 core "classic" sauces and it's one of my favorites! I just bought some more bottles because I go through hot sauce rather quickly. YB's Sriracha is better than the original because it doesn't have a lingering aftertaste. The way I describe it is "it's cleaner than original Sriracha." If you haven't tried it yet, you will not be disappointed. It's such a great time that it'll become a staple in your pantry like it does in mine!

This has got to be my absolute favorite sauce ever! No joke, I put this sauce on just about everything: rice, veggies, tacos, wings, chili, mangoes, sweet potatoes... just to name a few. It is not so spicy that you're left feeling like a sado-masochist, but enough to leave you feeling perfectly spicy.
