The sauce is, of course, perfect. I had originally selected the tabletop option of 19 oz, but somehow wound up with these little guys once the order was completed. I was unable to return them for the 19 oz, so I've been using these. Trying to squeeze the sauce out of the tiny opening is a pain; you need to squeeze the hell out of it because it gets clogged really easily. The other issue is that you go through one of these tiny bottles in one sitting...and maybe that's a personal issue, who knows? Anyway, the sauce is amazing, but these tiny bottles suck.

Donut Operator talked about this in a recent vlog of his while at Mat Best's house and it did not disappoint. Great hot sauce for sure. It's spicy but not overpowering at all. Great taste to boot. Definitely recommend giving it a try. The two pack should last me awhile.

I just discovered this sauce last week and have incorporated into EVERY SINGLE MEAL I’ve cooked...including Thanksgiving dinner!!The sweet and spicy is combo is so brilliantly balanced and bursting with flavor. This has become my new kitchen staple. I plan to give this out as a Christmas gift!

I was introduced to Yellowbird last year and since then it has become the #1 sauce in my life . It's not a traditional hot sauce and I've used it more as an everything sauce. It's the perfect blend - not too hot for the kids but hot enough to add spice to any meal. We go through it so fast I decided to invest in the gallon. They have a number of different flavors but Sriracha is our favorite.

Hot but not what I expected. The name of the sauce is Original Blue Agave Sriracha sauce but I hardly tasted any Blue Agave. I was expecting to see a blue sauce but instead tasted a hot red sauce, nothing that stand out. Will I purchase this again? No, I rather purchase Trader's Joes Sriracha sauce.Yet, this sriracha sauce mix well with salads,

Went to the store to grab my daughter’s go-to sriracha and the store did not have any on the shelf, so she asked me to “just find a boot leg, dad.” Well, I grabbed a 9.8oz bottle of Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha. She was disappointed has I unpacked the grocers, but thanked me for the “bootleg.” Neither of us had heard of the brand before. She put a bit on her nachos and immediately lit up. She then proceeded to drown her food in it and when all was said and done she pronounced, “I have found my new and forever go-to sriracha”. I too think it’s awesome and will buy nothing else moving forward. Thank you for the moment and the memory, Yellowbird!

I would say the Bliss and vinegar is my second favorite. But I love how unique the ingredients are with all of your hot sauces they're really good high quality products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a new favorite ever since the OG Sriracha had a fallout, this is IT! It has the right amount of spice/heat/kick to it and a slight hint of sweetness to it that compliments it just perfectly 😋 I use this sauce on EVERYTHING and I didn't even do that with the OG sauce. If this sauce isn't hot enough for you or you want hotter, they have other flavors that are hotter. Or if that's not your thing, the have another type that is less hot than this one. But to me, this is the perfect go to sauce for ANY dish.
