The sauce is, of course, perfect. I had originally selected the tabletop option of 19 oz, but somehow wound up with these little guys once the order was completed. I was unable to return them for the 19 oz, so I've been using these. Trying to squeeze the sauce out of the tiny opening is a pain; you need to squeeze the hell out of it because it gets clogged really easily. The other issue is that you go through one of these tiny bottles in one sitting...and maybe that's a personal issue, who knows? Anyway, the sauce is amazing, but these tiny bottles suck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend turned me on to Yellowbird and I got a small 3 pack to try some different flavors and this Sriracha is absolutely delicious. I eat a lot of quesadillas and this has become my go to hot sauce for them. Spicy, excellent flavor with just a touch of vinegar and sugar.

My wife is a Sriracha sauce fan but usually I find it a little sweet. This stuff has just a tad more kick to it than normal Sriracha sauces I've tried and I also find it more flavorful as well. All of the sauces Yellowbird makes are really good. I highly recommend this stuff.

Most were misses, but this was a hit!!! Not too sweet, not too spicy. I put it on chicken, beef, rice, noodles, etc... Everyone that tries this has asked me where to get it. Highly recommended to sriracha lovers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a new favorite ever since the OG Sriracha had a fallout, this is IT! It has the right amount of spice/heat/kick to it and a slight hint of sweetness to it that compliments it just perfectly 😋 I use this sauce on EVERYTHING and I didn't even do that with the OG sauce. If this sauce isn't hot enough for you or you want hotter, they have other flavors that are hotter. Or if that's not your thing, the have another type that is less hot than this one. But to me, this is the perfect go to sauce for ANY dish.

This it’s by far the absolute best hot sauce I have ever had!! It is the PERFECT mix a spicy and a little sweet, I literally put this hot sauce on everything I eat and sometimes as it to my alcoholic drinks for a little kick!! I highly recommend purchasing a bottle for yourself!!!

Love all the Yellowbird hot sauces. Tried it at a restaurant in Austin on vacation and came home to Denver and ordered the sample pack and 2 huge Blue Agave Sriracha bottles. I am a huge fan of this stuff. Habanero and Ghost Pepper are all in my top 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stuff. I've never used a great deal of sriracha. But when I tried this one, I found it to be superior condiment with many uses! I use it on egg based breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, and my favorite use - inside homemade enchiladas. I also will add a little to sushi. I enjoy it with chicken wings. I usually put some on fried rice as well. And I can continue to find additional uses. It is such a versatile product. I have tried a few of your products, but this is the one that stood out for me personally. That said, I found the others to be delicious and of high quality! I would recommend trying any of them and find your favorite.
