[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I plugged this into my kitchen wall because we cook a lot and the smells tend to linger. Very easy to use - just plug it in. Seems to last for a while and will be easy to get replacements. The scent is pleasant but also not overpowering.

But it is a bit messy as the smell does get on your hands, and it's a bit hard to get off. When u first plug it in, it takes about 10 minutes to heat up enough to start smelling, and oh gosh, the scent is strong. The chamomile scent is very overpowering. The lavender def takes the backseat in the smell area. It is very effective if you have multiple animals and/or kids. The scent does eventually calm down after a few days, and it's nice. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Many of these products only have one or two settings and I find they either overwhelm you with fragrance or don't give you enough. Because of the multiple settings this really allows you to customize to your personal home preferences. The scent is very pleasant and provides coverage over a large area. I have mine in the bathroom that connects to my bedroom and I can smell it in the bedroom as well but not in an overpowering way. Will be looking for more of these for other areas of the home!

I did notice after a few days the throw was weak and now I can’t really smell it as much (I thought maybe I got used to it, but not the case). It’s a good value for the quality and I like it overall - maybe the scent I got was a dud.

The scent is very enjoyable and fills up the room nicely. I like how easy and convenient it was to install the refill and the warmer get right to work instantly. I really enjoy the slim design as it makes it very easy to plug in most places without taking too much space. It freshens up a room without being overbearing scent wise. My only complaint is that the scent could be a little more natural smelling - it smells slightly chemical and I would have rather it be a true lavender.

The Lavender and Chamomile scent is very peaceful and the scent is impactful as it can spread to a wide room. I believe for an air freshener it is very effective.

I run a spa out of my house and my clients have mentioned how “nice it smells in here.” The scent is not too overwhelming and is a smart decision to make when purchasing items for the any space.

I am not usually a review writer but felt so compelled about the fragrance change in this product. I have been using this product for a number of years. It truly is the only scent I use. I use it at home and at school. As a teacher, I loved using the lavender scent in the classroom. Lavender can have a wonderful calming effect and my students enjoyed walking into a room that had a pleasant smell. A few months ago, I purchased a new supply for my classroom and noticed the change in the smell but thought it might be me. My students started to take notice as well. I continued to use the product and didn't think much of it and settled on the thought I had received a bad package. That was until I replaced my product at home. Low and behold the same smell. I started to research a little and found others have felt the same way about this product. Please consider going back to the old scent. This new scent is not pleasant. It almost smells as if you are trying to cover up old garbage. I will be moving onto another brand until you switch back to your old scent.
