[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have medium dark wood floors in our home. It seems as if every piece of dirt shows up on our floors. We have vacuumed with a corded vac, dust mopped and swept. The corded vac works fine but takes more time and effort. The dust mop and broom are only partially effective. Since we purchased the Bissell Cleanview XR 200W, it is much easier to keep our wood floors clean. The Bissell stick vacuum is very easy to use and cleans exceptionally well. We have also used the stick vacuum on tile floors and area rugs. We have only had the stick vacuum a few weeks but are very pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start by thanking the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the opportunity to try out the Powerlifter Turbo Stick Vacuum. I LOVE this vacuum. This is the first cordless vacuum I have owned, and I was very surprised at how powerful it is. There are 3 settings that are attractively displayed at the top of the vacuum. Power level 2 is sufficient for use on my hardwoods and Level 3 works great on my carpeted areas. This vacuum cleans really well. It has strong suction and manages to pick up so much pet hair, people hair, dust, crumbs, food, etc. every time I use it (which is every day since I received it 2 weeks ago). Besides the strong suction, my absolute favorite part of this vacuum is how lightweight it is, and that it is cordless! Before I got this vacuum, I would go out of my way to avoid plugging in our bulky vacuum. I would use a handheld, small type vacuum or just use a broom-- vacuuming was my least favorite chore. Since we have started using the PowerLifter, vacuuming has seriously been a treat-- even my 7-year old is getting in on the fun. It is so easy to maneuver and so lightweight that he thinks it is fun to see how much dirt he can pick up and how quickly he can do it. It is also quieter than my bulkier vacuum, which is nice around our dog and my youngest daughter (who does not like loud vacuums at all). Overall, we love this vacuum and would pay a good amount to have something this convenient and powerful. If I had one criticism, it would be the battery life when using the vacuum at the highest setting. We only have about 1,500 sq ft to clean, so it is fine for us, but if you had a big house, you would not be able to use the highest setting to clean the whole house in one go around. I do think that the lower settings are sufficient for everyday vacuuming though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum through the Stellar Review Panel and as a mom with three kids three and under AND a cat in the house I was very excited to try a new vacuum cleaner. I love my PowerLifter Turbo and use it almost every day, but it does have some design flaws. On the plus side I loved how lightweight and maneuverable it is, how easy it is to empty and clean the canister, and the bright LED lights on the front are super helpful with spotting anywhere I missed. It also does a great job with the pet hair and dust. On the negative side the battery doesn't last long enough to do the whole house (and I don't have a big house) and then takes hours to recharge, there is no way to hang up the vacuum and it doesn't stand up on its own so storage is an issue, and the vacuum head doesn't sit high enough up off the floor to effectively pick up Cheerios or fish crackers. If you have a small apartment and no kids this could be an amazing, lightweight, compact, vacuum cleaner with a beautifully sleek design. If you have a normal sized house and kids this vacuum might not be as helpful for you as another, more Cheerio-gobbling, model might be.

We have wood floors throughout our house so this was a perfect product for me. I have an inside dog and one toddler who constantly has a crumb trail following her, and this vacuum did great picking all the crumbs and dog hair up! I have had a couple cordless vacuums before and this one had better suction power than any of the others and was lighter weight. It maneuvered easily around the house and had great suction power. I loved the different suction levels depending on the mess I was cleaning up. One of my favorite features was the light on the front of the vacuum to help see the dust that I otherwise could have missed. I only have one thing that I would change about this vacuum - I wish that it stood up on its own. The instructions inside the box said that it had a docking station attachment but I didnt see anything in the box and there was no way to keep it upright to store it without leaning it up against the wall, so I had to store it laying down on the ground which i felt took up more space. However, even without it standing up on its own, it's still the best cordless vacuum I've used. It's easy to use, not too loud, and easy to empty! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will be continuing to use it daily!

The cordless design adds to the overall flexibility, allowing me to move from room to room without any hassle. It's lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend this vacuum to anybody looking to buy a powerful, lightweight and affordable vacuum.

Bought this directly from the store. It had missing parts right out of the box. The directions state that it comes with a charging dock and wall mount. Nope, nowhere to be found. Also, it won't stand up on it's own without falling over. I was constantly having to lean out against something or last it down. They claim a 40 minute run time on a full battery, I got less than 10 and then it takes forever to recharge. Not a good vacuum at any price, and it wasn't cheap. I will no longer spend my money on any Bissell product.

I fully charged the battery before use and it took about 30-ish minutes before it needed to be charged again. I did have to stop to empty the dust cup 3 or 4 times because it is tiny and really doesn't hold much. I really struggled with vacuuming my bathroom rugs because it would think it was stuck and shut off repeatedly so a bit useless for me in that aspect, but it did much better on my tile floors and my larger living room rug. I really like the light on the front that helps me see under cabinets and darker corners. The vacuum does a pretty good job getting along the edge of baseboards and lays down pretty flat to get underneath objects. The attachments worked well. Overall, this vacuum would be great for quick clean-ups on hard floors, such as in the kitchen or dining room. But I live in the desert so it's always dusty here and I also have a dog that sheds so this vacuum likely would not work for me as my main vacuum, but it will be handy to have around for small jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from a sampling campaign and am so thankful I did! It's a versatile vacuum that is great to keep at the ready. I love that it is cordless and lightweight with a canister that can hold quite a bit before it needs to be emptied. Bonus features include great attachments for hard to reach corners and a light that helps you ensure you are grabbing everything off the floor. It runs smoothly over my hardwood and tile and I find myself reaching for it quite often - way more than my corded vacuum. I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer before needing to be charged, but I am overall so pleased with this vacuum!

We have a couple other stick or handheld vacs but this one blows them all away in its cleaning power and ability to work on all surfaces. Even with a crumb-ridden floor, the vacuum easily sucks them all up and somehow gets the edges or corners that seemed beyond reach. The suction is amazing and far better than any other stick vac we have. It's so lightweight and easy to maneuver and use - even my three year old can use it and help clean the floor! The attachments are easy to get on and off. We love the detachable top for cleaning stairs - my kids now beg to do that job! The three power modes are great. The highest is truly strong. I didn't need it that often. At full power, the battery lasted for about 13 minutes and I cleaned four rooms. However, the lowest suction does great on hard floors which extends the battery life. The only downside to this vacuum is that it takes five hours to fully charge from completely dead to a full charge. That's easily overlooked thanks to the battery meter indicator. It picks up crumbs, hair, home improvement project debris, dust, and everything in between. It's not too loud, it works on all surfaces, and it's hands down the best stick vacuum I've ever tried.
