I pd a hefty price for this vacuum. I usually buy only shark. But she wanted to try this one. NEVER aging

What a great little cordless vacuum. Perfect for hardwood floor and tile. Love the lights on the front to detect dirt.

Barely any suction. Requires many passes before it finally suctions some but not all. I have thin carpets and mostly hardwood. I don’t recommend.

Great vacuum for hard floors and rugs. Works great on pet hair and has pretty powerful suction. Battery life could definitely be better. Lasts about 15 minutes on a full charge! Hoped it would be more

Last me for 9 month and i only use it for once a week and the battery die but the vacuum still working and i look up to buy a replacement battery it cost $79 , do not worth for it as my opinion.

Usually bissell is very good for getting my dogs hair off my area rug. This one is horrible, plus the battery does not last long, 10 mins at the most. There is no difference between the second and third speeds. It was okay for the hardwood in my house, still had to go over the area multiple times thats after i had to let the battery charge for hours in between uses. Will be returning

We brought this item back there was one thing we didn't get and then the vacuum cleaner did not seem to have as much power as we expected it to so we just may have had it over expectation of this item or it might have been broken we don't know and we did not want to take a chance on getting another one

I bought this for a small tiled office to pick up dog hair, dust, and such. The battery wouldn’t charge but they immediately sent me a new battery and charger. And then worked as it should. I keep it on full suction, and get approx 10 minutes before the battery goes dead. It works, but wouldn’t want this for my home.

I've had a Dyson for a few years but when a plastic part cracked and I'd have to spend $50 for the part I decided to just get a new vacuum. It is awkward that you have to take the battery off to charge and the canister is kind of small. I like that you don't have to hold your hand on the button to keep it going and the light (unlike the Dyson). The suction seems good. I've only had it a few days but it seems like it's going to be a good choice.

The battery dies fast, it loses suction quickly and it doesn’t pick up debris off the floor like it should. I am sorely disappointed in this because I do try to support them because they’re active and supporting homeless pets. But I have a shark that I gave to my son that the battery would last for days (we used for small jobs).. I think I’m going to send this back and get the shark vacuum.
