This vacuum gets everything and it works on hardwood floors and rugs. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I pd a hefty price for this vacuum. I usually buy only shark. But she wanted to try this one. NEVER aging

i bought it 4 months ago. worked great until today. the battery is fully charged and the vacuum isn't coming on.

Has awesome suction. Power doesn’t last long but that is to be expected and it lasts long enough for me

When I am vacuuming and go to the 2nd level it just cuts off. I keep asking myself why do I buy Bissell products??!!

Can’t get the wall attachment apart to screw it to the wall. Only has 1 level of power. Try to go up to next level and it shuts off.

does not hold dirt and dog hair well it all gets stuk at door in canizter where its connwcted to stick u have 2 stop vaccum and clrar it several times all the time

Works very well, even with pet hair. Only downside is the canister is a bit small. With normal vacuuming it would be fine, but the pet hair fills it up fast. Other than that - we love this vacuum!
