[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to purchase hearing aids through a hearing centre with the high cost and most of that money going to the vendor, but with the Lexie B2 Plus I was able to try out the devices at a very affordable price and I'm so glad I did. I can hear birds again! They are not quite as inconspicuous my friends custom fit devices but still very discreet and with different wires, I think I can make them disappear altogether. I am very Pleased.

These are my first experience with hearing aids, so am not an expert in this area. I followed the set up process and have been wearing them for about three weeks now, not with great success. At times I hear things clearly, but also hear squeals and squeaks which are very annoying. I am adjusting the sound frequency all the time, but never get it quite right.

I returned mine. Biggest issue is with the Bluetooth would not automatically switch to my vehicle when I got in the car. This resulted in incoming calls still going to my phone and not the car’s audio system. This results in a dangerous situation. Lexie advised manually switching things when I got in the car and then again when I got out. Too much of a hassle for me. I remain happy with my Bose B1 version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these hearing aids! They are so comfortable, even while wearing glasses. The connection to my phone took some getting used to. Especially when my phone rang, it would ring in the hearing aids which was very jarring. But I figured out how to turn that feature iff in my phones settings. I absolutely recommend these hearing aids. I have pretty low hearing ability, especially in my left ear. I used Miracle Ear hearing aids previously but my warranty was going to expire and I couldnt afford to buy a new pair. Lexie completely solved that! The sound quality is excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Lexie Hearing Aids for almost 2 months now and love them. From the first time that I put them into my ears I have been able to hear well without any "feedback" interfering with my hearing. I could not be happier that I can finally participate in group and individual conversations again without missing anything of the conversations. Such a joy to be able to hear well! I put them into my ears first thing in the morning and take them out only when I turn off the light at night. Highly recommend the Lexie Hearing Aids and their great sound quality!

I was very disappointed in the performance of these hearing aids. They overamplified close sounds, like keys in my pocket or a faucet running, to the point of being jarring, while providing little amplification to a person talking across the room or the TV. When I went to return them, they were accepted pretty easily, but Lexie would not refund the cost of the Care Kit I had bought along with the aids, so that was money wasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A step up from the Lexie B2 but still lacking strong BT connection and distance and it would be nice to pause your music streaming from the hearing aids. The charging case is cumbersome because it doesn't hold an independent charge and I was sadly disappointed in the carry case. The size is deceiving. At first sight, it looks roomy and can carry all kinds of accessories but it contains a hollow out compartment that you have to disconnect the charging cable to seat the charge box and holds little else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to an audiologist for a hearing test and found out i had a severe loss of high frequency sounds. I wanted to try a OTC aid as i believed that prescription ones were over priced. I looked at a lot of OTC versions and decided on Lexie for its features and association with Bose hardware. I received the aids quickly and had no troubles getting them up and running. The hearing test that the aids perform matched my audiologist results quite well. Im still learning how i need to set up the preset setting options but have found that the Bluetooth app allows me to adjust them for various settings. Overall i am very happy with these aids and even though i was diagnosed with severe loss at higher frequency’s these aids have plenty of adjustment and range that really helps me hear and understand the TV and grandchildren without turning up the volume loud and asking folks to repeat many many times over a evening of conversation. I would have rated them as a 5 rating if they had a true equalizer adjustment capability from the app.

I am loving my new hearing aids and streaming calls through my phone, shutting the noise behind or beside me and focusing my hearing where I want it. I have discovered so many new sounds of life!
