Researched hearing aids for 3 weeks before making this purchase. I am now in Week 2 of use. It is a well made and well supported product. For the money, it is a good value. Also, I ws told it will be able to be updated (at no cost) to the new Bluetooth LE and Auracast at some point in the future. That is a BIG DEAL as it is the new public standard for hearing aid communications. For me, with a tested moderate hearing loss, and working on my cell phone much of the day, I have stopped saying "can you repeat that." Good company good product.

I got my first prescription hearing aids in March 2019, but when they recently gave out, I decided to try the over-the-counter Lexie B2 Plus. I picked this model because of Bose’s solid reputation and my good experiences with their products. So far, during the trial period, I’m impressed—the Lexie is just as good, if not better, than my old pair. I did have some trouble streaming phone calls at first, but Lexie Support helped me sort it out. That said, the Bluetooth connection drops a lot on my new Android phone. Despite that, I’m keeping them and highly recommend them!

Every time I have needed to call for help with a question about the hearing aids, every support person I have talked to has been extremely helpful and goes out of their way to assist. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not end up keeping the Lexie hearing aids. They are not water resistant, so when I exercised and sweat, I heard a lot of static and had to turn them off. Also, the app would not pair with the aids if other hearing aids were nearby. Another glitch was that sometimes the app connected with only one hearing aid and it dropped the other. I ended up purchasing a more expensive over-the-counter pair of hearing aids that did not have any of these problems. The sound quality through the aids was fine, once I had them set appropriately. (The sound was tinny otherwise.) I really liked the filter for the noisy room, that allowed me to be in a noisy restaurant while still focusing on the person in front of me who was talking. The aids were also comfortable to wear. With my lifestyle, these aids were not for me, but my elderly mother has them, and probably since she she does not use the app, she is satisfied with them.

The ability to adjust them on your phone is great and the ability to switch from all around sound to front only is a feature I really like, when in a crowded area and trying to have a conversation with an individual. I have worse hearing in my right ear and that may be the reason I may have to go to an audiologist for more amplification in that ear. I will use these until I find the need to move to a new device.

From the first time that I put them into my ears I have been able to hear well without any "feedback" interfering with my hearing. I could not be happier that I can finally participate in group and individual conversations again without missing anything of the conversations. Such a joy to be able to hear well! I put them into my ears first thing in the morning and take them out only when I turn off the light at night. Highly recommend the Lexie Hearing Aids and their great sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these hearing aids! They are so comfortable, even while wearing glasses. The connection to my phone took some getting used to. Especially when my phone rang, it would ring in the hearing aids which was very jarring. But I figured out how to turn that feature iff in my phones settings. I absolutely recommend these hearing aids. I have pretty low hearing ability, especially in my left ear. I used Miracle Ear hearing aids previously but my warranty was going to expire and I couldnt afford to buy a new pair. Lexie completely solved that! The sound quality is excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to purchase hearing aids through a hearing centre with the high cost and most of that money going to the vendor, but with the Lexie B2 Plus I was able to try out the devices at a very affordable price and I'm so glad I did. I can hear birds again! They are not quite as inconspicuous my friends custom fit devices but still very discreet and with different wires, I think I can make them disappear altogether. I am very Pleased.

I have severe to profound hearing loss and although these aids are supposed to be for mild to moderate they have worked wonderfully for me. They are comfortable although I am waiting on a different length wire to provide even better fit. The company itself has been extremely helpful, reaching out to me to determine my satisfaction with them. The hearing aids are virtually unnoticeable when they are being worn and have multiple settings for different background noise etc. An exceptional product that I will strongly recommend to all,who ask me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A step up from the Lexie B2 but still lacking strong BT connection and distance and it would be nice to pause your music streaming from the hearing aids. The charging case is cumbersome because it doesn't hold an independent charge and I was sadly disappointed in the carry case. The size is deceiving. At first sight, it looks roomy and can carry all kinds of accessories but it contains a hollow out compartment that you have to disconnect the charging cable to seat the charge box and holds little else.
