Heats evenly, easy to use, and super easy to clean. We use it all the time and absolutely love it. Highly recommend.

Assembly was relatively easy and after the seasoning process its ready to deliver some great griddle cooked food for friends and family!

I like the way it is put together and the ease of assembly. It seems like a great product, but I have not used it yet so I can’t say.

I didnt get my accessory pack that was promised with basically everything I needed. And I had to put my bottom shelf on upside down.

This was one of the easiest grills I have ever put together strong. I just can’t wait to start cooking on it right now seasoning in the top, but I love it.

Knobs don’t align with temperature scale on front panel. Google search said it’s a common issue and to remove gas tubes and rotate them 180* but this wasn’t possible. Will be reaching out to customer service for assistance.

Great setup without all the extra. I do wish the griddle cover had the option to stay attached when lifted instead of having to hang it from the back of griddle but no other complaints as of now.
