[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do think this is a nice unit. I do wish that the shelves on the door with the ice-maker were a little wider. Most bottles of small condiments don't fit. The drawer that coverts to refrigerator or freezer is a nice touch and adds extra space for the refrigerator. Another feature I like is the door in door it allow for you do access item that you frequently use without opening the whole door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator in late March of 2023. We really loved it and enjoyed it for about 8 months until the compressor went out. We have had it worked on 2 times through the retailer we purchased it through and hope 3rd time is a charm, if not I will unfortunately have to switch brands. We really love it and hope that they can fix the problem with the compressors. I would have given 5 stars if it would have lasted longer than 8 months but it is a lot of money to pay for something to fail so soon. Luckily we have a refrigerator in our garage that is 32 years old and still works great that we could use. We have all lg appliances and haven't had any issues, they have all been great.

Have a current repair request in because ice maker does not work. Technician told us with compressor repair that this model has had nothing but trouble.

I look me the options for the upper tray where it can be used as a refrigerator or freezer. Nice to Hagen the two options for ice as well. My LG appliances are user friendly and work very well.

We love the design and features of this fridge. Interior lighting is great...... BUT we have only had it for 11 months, ice makers (craft ice and door ice) went out, when they came to repair it they realized the compressor is bad too. Waited two weeks for initial appointment and repair tech didn't have a new compressor with him, so had to wait an additional 10 days to get compressor ordered. They are repairing the ice makers and compressor the same day hopefully. Have been without ice for almost a full month now.

Full convertible drawer is most useful feature. Personally we’ve needed more storage options in the fridge. Left door dropped down gradually after it was installed. Had a very hard time getting it level again because the leveling nut was jammed. Called LG service for help. Said I’d be charged because you’re supposed to level the fridge yourself. They couldn’t seem to understand the problem. I was told I’d be contacted by the president’s team. Have not been contacted by anyone.

It’s spacious, bright, lots of options to change sizes for different items, easy to clean and the flex drawer is a great concept and well executed. The main issue is craft ice. A great concept but poorly executed. whwn it worked it was a great addition, sadly it has barely worked. Our first one failed just after a year of ownership so we had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. 2 months later, the replacement failed. The ice gets stuck in the mold and won’t fall into the tray but the machine thinks they did so it attempts to fill the mold again which just sprays water into the ice tray creating a big block of ice that is not useable. It really sucks that this is the case because it was such a fun addition. Overall I do recommend the fridge but don’t count on craft ice working unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to really like about this fridge. Overal size, door-in-dor, multi-purpose center drawer. And if we weren't having to have the ice maker replaced after 1 month, this would be a 5 star review. A couple other nits: we didn't know that it takes about 24 hours to make the 3-6 "craft ice" balls. But maybe you shouldn't be having that many cocktails anyway. We do like the craft ice though and have gotten used to the pace. Also, it would be nice if the dividers in the center drawer could be removed, rather than just relocated. Would provide more flexibility.

Love the layout and design, especially the door-in-door feature. Would have liked better lighting in the freezer compartment and would have liked much better lighting in the full convert drawer. Love the drawer but lighting barely adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this primarily for the bottom freezer feature but there are so many other features that we have enjoyed. My husband makes the comment nearly every day, “Did I tell you how much I love this fridge?” It’s gotten to be a bit of a joke, but NO JOKING!! We would love to buy another for our summer place, but it was quite pricey.
