[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brand new refrigerator lasted exactly one month before the compressor went out. And the wi-if enabled feature on the phone app didn’t alert us for a full 48 hours. By that time everything in the refrigerator and freezer was completely ruined. To top it off we are still without a working refrigerator a full 2 weeks later. The part has been delivered to the repair company and they can’t get out to install it for another week. By that time it’ll be 3 1/2 weeks without a working unit. Please help us win the $500 so we can replace all the food we lost. This has been the worst buying experience ever! Never buying LG again!!

Great size and lots of room. Don’t buy because of the craft ice. It’s so slow to make and honestly you can make more yourself using silicone molds. That’s extra space in freezer for something else. That being said the regular ice and crushed ice are the best. My family loves it and with the kids moving back home the extra size is great. The WiFi feature is awesome so when kids leave door open I get an alert. If they sold this same refrigerator w/o t he craft ice option meaning the round balls then I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Operates very well and keeps everything at proper temperature. Ice maker and water dispenser work very well. Limited door shelf space, and limited space for tall items in the door and on the regular shelves. WIFI enabled through the LG app, but not accessible through Amazon Alexa, even though LG has an Alexa skill - it works for other LG products but not LG refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to really like about this fridge. Overal size, door-in-dor, multi-purpose center drawer. And if we weren't having to have the ice maker replaced after 1 month, this would be a 5 star review. A couple other nits: we didn't know that it takes about 24 hours to make the 3-6 "craft ice" balls. But maybe you shouldn't be having that many cocktails anyway. We do like the craft ice though and have gotten used to the pace. Also, it would be nice if the dividers in the center drawer could be removed, rather than just relocated. Would provide more flexibility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for 6 1/2 months and love it! It is very roomy inside and the vegetable/fruit drawers are nice and large! It is very well laid out. The freezer is also very roomy! The craft ice maker stopped working; however, they were very timely in replacing it with an upgraded version. I love my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the new features of this refrigerator. The four doors make it so convenient for storage in all compartments. Having the extra ice in the bottom freezer is a plus along with the ice maker on the door. The controls are also very easy to use. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but so far it is great!

Refrigerator is roomy and bright. Shelves are movable to allow taller items. The door on the right is nice as it allows objects i frequently need without having to open the main doors. The ice makers are terrible. Frequently thevice machine in the door has to be reset. Sprays water so that ice bin is frozen. Craft ice is even worse. I had to shut it off as the ice balls arent dispensed and it continues to poor water in the bin and creates layers of ice in the freezer. When i called customer service i was told i need to reduce the temperature from -5 to -4 as this one degree will make a difference. It didnt.

The service technician came out and replaced the compressor. The refrigerator worked for about a day and then the compressor kicked off. We lost food again. Another service guy came out and said that the compressor had moisture in it. He cleaned it and it is currently working. I'm afraid it will stop working again and leak water on the floor for the 3rd time.

I love being able to control the settings from my phone. Very user friendly. I would highly recommend this refrigerator .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for just over eight months now and really love it. The craft ice maker is a wonder for those special drinks. The regular ice maker keeps up with our normal ice usage well. The middle drawer will store frozen items, cold drinks or cheese and meats. The door in the door feature is very handy and efficient. The black stainless steel finish hides fingerprints and smudges very well. The craft ice maker emailed us about a potential problem and suggested a service call. I ordered service on-line and prompted received a text with links to some videos to try and fix on my own. The suggestions worked, and we were back in business, making craft ice. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Overall, we are very happy with the flexible storage features and performance of this refrigerator.
