[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge a year. I do like, especially the beverage drawer. BUT…the craft ice maker quit after a few months but the support team was great about getting a new ice maker out to me. Installed it with no problems.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE. This fridge quit after only 3 years. It dents horrible and nothing but trouble with the ice maker. The freezer is completely toast after 3 years. 1 of the 3 coils on the condenser are frosted. It no longer freezes the freezer or makes ice. It's a major part that is broken and is not fixable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a repair #. 3 days later we hadn't heard anything, called back to CSR and she said she didn't have anything on file with that #?! We called a Repairman he came out and said it needs new fan, motor and circuit board. New?! I doubt it. Many indicators says this is a used fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It keeps food fresh longer than my previous one, Easier to find things and is big. Love the double ice maker (even though they are a little slow. The door in door is great too. I have had it almost a month and am very pleased. My fruits and vegetables stay fresh much longer than before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love our refrigerator -- The downside is that we had the fan replaced 2x, the ice maker 1x, the compressor 2 times within the first year - Make sure you take full advantage of the mfgr warranty - we had to call and schedule a repair person to come out and fix it - this took time but the new compressor has its own long warranty (I think it is 10 years??) Make sure you don't over stuff the freezer and keep the doors/drawers closed. If it is in a cabinet enclosure - pull out the refrigerator to clean the vents regularly. We put in an open vent on the outside of the cabinet to help with the air flow. We haven't had any issues (other than the air vent getting clogged with dust and pet hair) It is truly an awesome fridge, as long as the compressor and fans work (or get them replaced ASAP).

Purchased LG LRMDS3006D refrigerator on 12/7/20 during COVID and it was finally delivered on 2/2/21. On 8/20/21 a service tech came and determined it needed a new compressor. Very disappointed on the quality of this product for the price you have to pay.

The fridge with the craft ice, a gas range, dishwasher and microwave. When my washer punks out I plan to buy LG again. People told me not to buy LG but I didn't listen and I am a happy person!

Our new refrigerator is awesome, has all the features we wanted with split door, two ice makers and the convertadrawer feature. Price was good got the color we wanted and delivered on time. Everything has been perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best refrigerator I have ever owned. It is big - be sure to measure. We had to make adjustments to the upper cabinet for it to fit. But the quality of this fridge is exceptional. Even with the ice maker in the door - it has tons of door storage. The outer access to the right door is fabulous. The center drawer is great - no more opening doors to access the drawer. And it is deeper than expected. The options for ice are fun. We use the regular ice in the door ice maker and the craft ice in the freezer. My only complaint (and it's not a big deal) is that when the freezer ice is full, the ice falls out to the floor of the fridge. The opening in back is cut out to accommodate the ice maker but makes the opening too big. I just keep a yardstick handy in the kitchen to move the ice out. I love the craft ice.

I barely have a year with my refrigerator and it had so many problems that they took their sweet time fixing it. I lost all my groceries. It took six weeks to finally get it fixed. I am a loyal lg customer. I just bought a new stove recently. I’m disappointed with not making a priority to get my refrigerator fixed.
