You shouldn’t have had this experience with us. It’s disappointing and upsetting news, but we're thankful that we have the chance to change circumstances for the better. Because we've had issues with the craft ice balls not ejecting properly LG has released a software update for those units with a craft icemaker. You can also try the following troubleshooting steps showcased in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFj0G2xTZL0 The main thing the software update does is it extends the heater time which now loosens the ice balls from the mold and allows them to drop. Once that happens your icemaker will begin back on its regular cycle of making ice. If these steps don't work, you can always reach back out to us for further assistance. ^Tanisha

Those are crucial features for a refrigerator, and we're glad we were able to deliver on those aspects. However, it's unacceptable that you've encountered problems with the ice makers. The upper cube maker jamming and not dispensing ice properly is a common issue, and I apologize for the inconvenience it's caused.
