[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new LG refrigerator for two weeks now and absolutely love everything about the fridge! We would highly recommend this LG. model refrigerator and we know that it will serve our needs for many, many years into the future!!

The fridge itself is nice but we have had to have the craft ice serviced three times in less that 10 months. It jams and doesn’t properly drop the ice. Then it will try to fill the water back up for the ice and over fills into the tray causing more issues. The sound it makes when it jams is startling especially at 3 in the morning. Resetting it does not work.

And the wi-if enabled feature on the phone app didn’t alert us for a full 48 hours. By that time everything in the refrigerator and freezer was completely ruined. To top it off we are still without a working refrigerator a full 2 weeks later. The part has been delivered to the repair company and they can’t get out to install it for another week. By that time it’ll be 3 1/2 weeks without a working unit. Please help us win the $500 so we can replace all the food we lost. This has been the worst buying experience ever! Never buying LG again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the LG frig. The craft ice maker stopped working but LG sent service guy who just put in a new one. Turned out it was just jammed with a round ice piece. At that time, however, the service man replaced the compressor saying that it probably would fail in the next year so LG was replacing them before failure. I like proactive maintenance like that and don’t think I see it much now-a-days. The WiFi does not work. Some kind of glitch. Will not connect with my IPhone or iPad, nor my sons android phone but that is not a problem with the actual refrigerator. Overall we do like this product a lot and very happy with LG customer service so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crushed ice and craft ice dispenser work well, and we like the drawer. Not enough storage in the doors. Not enough TALL storage anywhere. Even though the device is Wi-Fi enabled, the LG skill for Alexa does not work for the refrigerator.

I bought this a couple of years ago and worked great for a few months and then the craft icemaker quit working. I had it repaired and the new one lasted until the warranty was off amd then it failed. Great idea for craft ice bit worth nothing if it doesn't work. Called warranty on the second one and they said sorry it's not covered even though the replacement was less than a year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for 2 months and are very satisfied. We find things we like more every day. First thought the front door (opens without opening the refrigerator) was not very important. We were very wrong...love it now. How about "craft ice?" Again, we thought we would not use it. But, again not only do we use it every day, but it makes our cocktails much better since they don't become watery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless appearance is much easier to clean the the real stainless on my previous fridge. The lower craft ice maker failed at 6 months and had to be replaced. Otherwise it has operated as expected

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks back and really like the design. Water dispenser is great for the taller cups, the round craft ice is very nice for drinks. Middle flex drawer is awesome to have so you don't constantly open the refrigerator for things you use often. The beverage center is nice as well. My only complaint is the shelves on the left side are almost useless as they are to thin for many items to fit into it. Freezer is a great size and the sliding drawer on top is handy for delicate items. Overall I love it!

Beautifully designed but like everything else it has some down side too. The water dispenser is too small, it only holds 2 cups of water and for that reason if you drink water from your fridge expect the water to be warm
