Love the duel ice makers. Use both the cubes and craft balls. Shelves could be more adjustable but other than that I find this a great fridge. Like having the ThinQ feature so I get alerts on my cell phone. Adjustable drawer is very handy and keeps me out of the main area so don't lose cold.

We bought the original refrigerator in October 2021 and the craft ice maker started making a loud and obnoxious noise, so we had it fixed only to have to replace it two more times and now we are outside the warranty, and it no longer works. Sad that LG hasn't come up with a long-term fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, modern refrigerator with lots of room! The drawer that can be converted from refrigerator to freezer is very convenient. We LOVE the craft ice, and when the ice maker had a glitch, LG contacted us and replaced the part in no time. Tip - the regular ice maker is small so we like to empty the ice into a container to keep extra ice in the freezer.

And you cannot replace the craft ice maker with a normal ice maker because it is done at the factory. Very poor chose by whomever was responsible for the design. We have to buy bagged ice.

The door ice make me, twice. The main computer board replaced. And the compressor replaced. Thank God I got the extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been only 2 weeks since installation and up to now all working fine except for the Craft Ice feature. Very good space on all areas. Door-in-door is great. My only disappointment is with the quality of the Craft Ice. Many batched were done already and all ices come out with one flat edge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator and the features of the 3 ICE options. the water dispenser it on front of the ice dispenser making it easy to miss it while refilling the glasses causing some water spills. We are used to it but when we forget there is a small water accident on the floor. We do love the new refrigerator at home and happy to have select this one

I bought this fridge in January 2022. Put shelves in at different levels. Found that shelves at different levels were not supported properly and sagged. LG technician came out and told me that the shelves MUST be at the same level so they connect and support each other in the middle. This makes the fridge difficult to put tall items in without wasting a huge amount of space and making it difficult to arrange items in.

I have to stop getting a fridge with an icemaker in the door. I had confidence that LG had figured this out, but our icemaker hasn’t worked from day one. Had the whole icemaker replaced and no good, waiting for appliance repairman to com back tomorrow and see why it still doens’t work. So frustrated. Craft ice works really well and everything else about this fridge is super great, but the icemaker issue is still such a bummer.

I recently had a service call on my refrigerator my compressor failed took took a few days or parts to come, The repair man was very knowledgeable and did a good job they fix the refrigerator and said he had to reset program, now my lower icemaker is not working. I’m not sure if he may have missed something in the programming or somehow turn off my lower icemaker ? Otherwise I love my refrigerator it is great, My son just bought a washer and dryer , and he is also very happy with the LG products !
