[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love my new fridge but Ive had to call with problems 3 times. I still do not have ice in the top or lower. Will be calling again today. I am so disappointed for what I paid and still cant enjoy the ice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Love the how roomy the refrigerator is. I can definitely fit a lot more products and groceries inside. The small compartment that opens from the door handle is so convenient I don’t have to search the entire refrigerator for an item.

I was so excited to get this fridge. No problems at first...but then the Craft Ice Maker kept freezing up. I had to empty my fridge and unplug it so the ice maker would thaw out. I thought that would solve my problem. But it just froze up again! It was working for a while then the ice balls froze in the tray before they were dispensed into the bin. Water kept pouring into the tray and over spilled into the bin. This is what I got. I am not able to use the Craft Ice maker anymore. What a waste of money. Should have bought a different fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for almost a year. Overall, I am very pleased with everything. LOVE the Full-Convert drawer - so functional, easy to get things in and out of without opening entire fridge; excellent use of space, holds a ton of items; really like the Door-in-Door feature for same reasons; so practical. The only drawback so far - in-door ice bin jams very easily and we have had to had the craft ice maker repaired two times already. Original unit never worked properly, first repair worked great for about a month and a half; second new unit is being installed today. We really like the craft ice feature, so fingers crossed, the third time is the charm.

To tell you the truth I was a little worried about ordering this. But now that I did I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It took 48 hours for the craft ice to start working but just like the directions said it would take 48 hours it started dropping ice. I wanted to use the 3 drawer as a freezer, but my husband wanted four other things. I’m glad we made that choice also because I put lunch meats and cheese and yogurt and soda cans in it. Take some time getting used to the extra door and the door to access the milk and juice and small items but we’re both in our 60s and it takes some time for us old people to except change. Loving this option! There’s only one small down side is but there is so much room. It would be hard to find things in the back. That was easily fixed with small plastic containers that I can pull forward and then push back with ease. Again I’m very excited with my purchase!

I don't have to curse and cry every week when I bring home groceries any more, because I have more than enough room for everything. I literally giggled and hopped for joy the first time I put groceries away. The freezer has space for everything, from the meats, which I separate into type, to frozen veggies, to desserts, to frozen lunch items for school. I love the door in door feature. I love that we can have 3 types of ice. And the space saving ice maker and in door water take up so little space, it's perfect. I use the convertible drawer for a freezer because we need the space, but because of that I don't have a dedicated place for deli meats and cheeses. I only wish there was 1 more drawer in the fridge for those. Also, at times the ice maker is a little loud, but I will live with that any day for the amazing amount of space this fridge gives me for all of our foods. I'm in love with this refrigerator!

I received an email from LG indicating there was a problem with my ice maker as reported by LG ThinQ. A repair was scheduled within 2 days. The repair tech diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned the next day and installed a new ice maker. I was concerned about the repair being completed as we were leaving town for 4 months. Was more than happy with the ease of scheduling an appointment and the repairs completed in a expeditious manner.

Our old refrigerator was showing signs of failing as it was unable to maintain proper temperature levels. After researching the types on new refrigerators available and reading reviews of them we decided on the LG. We're so glad that we did. We love it's features and the appliance's obvious excellent quality. The Thinq WIFI feature is particularly nice. We weren't sure about how we would like the craft ice feature but now that we have it we wouldn't want to do without it. The interior of the refrigerator is well-designed and very convenient for for storing and accessing items of various size. In summary, this is a great product.

Not too happy that a year after we had to replace the compressor on it and still is acting a little strange, but LG took care of the problem with no hassle. Overall, I would say it is a very good refrigerator with plenty of room.

Because we’re going to buy our own place in the near future, we decided to invest in our own to take with us. No other brand or size comes close. We love it!
