[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG refrigerator for several months now and are generally quite pleased with it. It offers a lot of handy features, such as 'door-in-door" beverage access, pull-out and temperature-adjustable food storage, a spacious freezer, and adjustable shelves. We've noticed that refrigerated food seems to stay fresher longer, too. We did have a problem replacing the water filter located in the door. Since the fridge was under warranty, an LG service tech fixed the problem at no charge. The only other nitpicky comment is that the temperature display in the door does not show the actual temperature inside the fridge; it's just used to set the temperature. So, we use a thermometer inside the fridge to tell us the actual internal temperature. But this is just a minor annoyance. Otherwise, we are quite pleased with our purchase, which was part of a suite of LG appliances we bought as part of upgrading our home. In addition to the refrigerator, these included a dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. We are happy with all of our LG purchases and we would recommend LG for their style, quality, reliability, ease-of-use, and value.

Previous 2 were sold with our last 2 homes. They have plenty of room in both refrigerator & freezer draw & middle draw we keep our vino & cheese . Overall they work well , kept temperature perfect & all ice makers work regularly. We have no complaints

I researched all refrigerators and went with LG and it was the best decision ever. We love the look, the ice maker is wonderful and we have the freezer ice maker also, the deli drawer is great and love the easy access door. Great refrigerator and would recommend it highly to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing this LG Refrigerator for a few years now, waiting for the time & $$ to remodel our kitchen. It finally came time and I was able to get this fridge. I absolutely love it! It's so convienient with the 'door-in-door' and the middle optional fridge/freezer drawer for my most used items; but my favorite thing is the Craft Ice! Just 1 ice 'ball' is very slow to melt & keeps a drink cold for over 2 hours! So far, I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

We love the design and features of this fridge. Interior lighting is great...... BUT we have only had it for 11 months, ice makers (craft ice and door ice) went out, when they came to repair it they realized the compressor is bad too. Waited two weeks for initial appointment and repair tech didn't have a new compressor with him, so had to wait an additional 10 days to get compressor ordered. They are repairing the ice makers and compressor the same day hopefully. Have been without ice for almost a full month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this refrigerator large, but everything is so convenient and the shelves are deep. Love that I don't have to open the whole refrigerator to get something I use all the time, such as milk, mayo, ketchup, etc. Also, love the craft ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed an LG refrigerator less than 6 my ago and it failed to cool and freeze while I was away taking care of my sick Mother and came home to a sickening smell and all my food spoiled.I am still waiting for reimbursement on all my food!

I have had my new appliances (all LG) for three years now and I absolutely love them all. The refrigerator with the craft ice, the gas stove, the dishwasher, and the microwave are beautiful to look at (black stainless) and they all function above and beyond. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, modern refrigerator with lots of room! The drawer that can be converted from refrigerator to freezer is very convenient. We LOVE the craft ice, and when the ice maker had a glitch, LG contacted us and replaced the part in no time. Tip - the regular ice maker is small so we like to empty the ice into a container to keep extra ice in the freezer.
