We are over-the-top pleased with our SECOND Door-in-Door refrigerator from LG. We bought our first one October of 2022 and we enjoy every feature so much, that when our rental property required a new one we bought LG Door-in-Door NUMBER TWO! Thanks for a great product LG!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have everything set up and can I just say "I LOVE IT!!!" the room, dual Ice makers and the Frig/freezer drawer. I would highly recommend it! The only one small complaint it that the dividers between the sections in the frig/freezer drawer don't lock in place. But if that is the ONLY thing that I don't like.. Then it's still a WIN WIN!!

This was delivered to our home on 12-28-2020. Six weeks later it started to break, it stopped making ice due to the freezer not being cold enough. We called the place we purchased it from and they sent it to LG as it wasn’t even a year old. I kept getting texts saying they were still looking for someone to repair it. That took over two weeks. A nice young man came out and said someone would get back to us when parts came in. Total down time was over 2 months. Everything had to be thrown out. It took two guys all day to replace all parts dealing with cooling, test it and make adjustments. It lasted about a month but this time it was completely down in less than a day. Again everything was thrown out. I’ve called where we purchased it and LG. They want to repair it! What a joke. I don’t even want it in my house anymore. I want my money back to buy one that’s dependable. They are dragging their heels about it and want proof of purchase which was given with the first breakdown! I’m fed up! We are selling our home and can not say it’s a new fridge when it’s broken down twice in less than 6 months. It’s been out of use more than it’s been used n it registers over 70 degrees inside. They are giving me a problem with food replacement too. I’ll never buy another LG product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is nice. Big and overall a good value. At it very noisy though especially at night makes a loud humming you can hear over load action movies on TV. If we new how load it would be we won't have purchased.

We are so pleased we bought this. Love the door in door, and the craft ice. Initially we didn't think we would use it much, but, surprisingly, we do. We use the Flex Drawer as a freezer right now. However, we know we can easily switch it to the refrigerator setting if we choose. Overall, it has worked so well for us and the support we have gotten from LG has been superb.

I had been in the market for a new refrigerator for several years with nothing really standing out as exceptional. But after experiencing the wonder of this magnificent beast at my sister's home this past holiday, I was determined to learn more about it and hopefully adopt one as my own. After much thorough reviewing (testing, comparing, gut-checking) I deemed this model to be the best investment out there. The space, design, features, quality, aesthetic all come together to make it the star performer in our kitchen. Just hosted our first dinner party of the new year and this fridge managed to hold everything comfortably, and the guests LOVED the automatic craft ice balls that held up through hours of conversation. We'll see whether it stands the test of time, but for now I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, high-end upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the Refrigerator but in the first six months the ice cube maker in the door broke. At about 9-10 months the craft ice cube maker broke. At the 1 year and 2 months the craft ice cube maker broke down again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased in July and we loved it. However in October the craft ice maker went out. They sent a replacement with video instructions to install on your own. Received it and installed the new craft ice maker and it is still not working and hearing a weird sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the refrigerator in early December. Set up was very easy. Doors and components were easily removed to pass through our front door. Reinstalling the components was very easy too. The layout of the drawers, shelves, etc. is awesome and adjustable for many uses. I thought the craft ice was going to be OK, it is great. The door in a door is awesome and a great energy and time server. The only drawbacks so far are that the ice maker bin is a bit small (with craft ice, not much of an issue), the right hand veggies drawer does not open completely with only the right hand door open. The drawer stops against the left hand door seal and lastly the middle refrig/freezer drawer does not close smoothly and needs to be pushed completely closed instead of soft closing when given a push. Very happy with the decision to buy this refrigerator.
