I love Shark products, however, I am disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. It works well, but it is very loud, especially when using the Rug setting. I will probably be returning it for a refund.

I have 2 dogs, golden and lab hair is crazy. This machine picks it up w ease and seems to do better than what I have had before and like it better than the Dyson. Only used it a couple times but def a good buy.

Kinda disappointed, because it is a Shark vaccum. I have had a couple before, but found this one to have very little suction. Guess you get what you pay for.

This is our 2nd shark pet vacuum. Previously we bought the more expensive model and it also broke within a year. This model has the cord on the wrong side. No lights. The tangle free roller does get clogs on it. Now the hose is clogged and clogged from the stick part up. We've repaired several times. Not worth the money.

cord is on the wrong side if your right handed the container has spots that are hard to clean with just water other than that very good vacuum i brought it back because of the cord and cleaning your engineers should address these problems .why did i have to tell you this .

Have had for about a month. Have not had any issues and it works well. It has great suction and is quieter and lighter than my old Hoover. Does not roll or swivel as easily and has smaller dust bin. However, on sale cost $50 less. I do like that the dust bin has a door at the top and bottom. Makes it easier to empty.

This vacuum picks up dirt very well. I made a calculation error regarding how far the hose reaches, so the attachment does not reach the top steps. Shark clearly specifies the length. It was indeed my mistake. The only issue I have had is the self-cleaning pet power brush does not fit properly on the tool storage post. The power brush is thick. So it sticks out at an angle. If it is not pushed down all the way, it falls off. When I pushed it down all of the way, it made a small crack in the plastic. The tool itself works very well. So I have decided to just keep it off of the vacuum as I don't want to ruin it. The crevice tool fits fine. This vacuum picks up the dirt well and is much less expensive and much lighter than the Dyson I had. I like the lighter weight when carrying it between floors. But being lighter, it is easier to accidently pull it over when using the above-floor-wand. Overall, I am very glad I purchased this vacuum.
