This vacuum is a powerhouse! Much better than my last one, it does a great job on the pet hair. Also, like the furniture attachment. Long handle, would be good for taller folks. Swivels great like the more expensive Ball vacuums. Very happy with it!

Great vacuum, first shark I’ve ever owned although I wanted a cordless vacuum. My only complaint is that it’s super loud and the brush accessory doesn’t stay on the peg on the side of the vacuum very well. It’s already cracked bc I pushed too hard down on it. If you want a semi quiet vacuum, this is not the one for you.

Great vacuum. I love sharks and will always go with shark vacuums. I used my other shark with a beater bar with bristles and didnt pick up hair as well or if it did; it got stuck around the beater bar but with this new vacuum it picked up so hair i couldnt believe it. It was such a good vacuum experience that i almost thought about buying another one for back up, and with the price at $120 ($130) with tax you can't go wrong.

I was excited about this vacuum cleaner. I have owned several Shark models in the past and loved them. However, the first thing I noticed about this vacuum cleaner is it is loud. It sounds like a lawnmower and an airplane had a baby, and this is the result. Don't get me wrong, it works great at picking up everything on the floor. It is just loud, with a side of whining. The roller brush truly does not get hair tangled on it. I vacuum about 4000 sq ft daily and have always had issues with how much hair gets tangled on the roller. This one, true to its claims, does not. Lastly, the canister is significantly smaller then previous models. The top part gets clogged easily. All in all, it is a good vacuum if you don't mind the noise and emptying it more frequently.

This is a heavy vacuum and I don't care for the rotating head that is hard to push. The suction is great. I don't know why SHARK couldn't leave well enough alone. The Shark Rocket was my all time favorite. I bought five. Two for gifts and three for all my spaces.

We previously had a Shark LiftAway and there are pros and cons to both. The LiftAway has more powerful suction and I like the design of it better (tool placement, cord placement, etc). This vacuum has a longer hose and the roller that won't get clogged with hair. For the price, I think this is a great vacuum, but if I could find the LiftAway on sale, I'd probably buy that one

Good product with some drawbacks, it does a good job picking up mess and dog hair's, limited attachments, and a bigger vaccum at the bottom, my previous Shark had the vaccum at the top near the handle, and this made it easy to use in tight spaces, no such luck with this one, really shouldn't compare versus my old one as it was loaded with led lights and all, auto drive, this one is not as fancy, but still is good a cleaning big messes.

I've only had it a short time. It was easy to put together, however the upholstery brush doesn't stay on the vacuum well. It kept falling off so I just left it off. I'll attach it when I need to use it. The vacuum itself has great suction and is very easy to empty the container. The vacuum is heavy but it does a very good job. I feel this has been a good purchase especially for the price.

I loved my Shark vacuum cleaner, but needed to replace it after it gave me many years of faithful service. There was no question that I would replace it with another Shark. As expected, it was a great decision. It’s powerful and easy to use. I look forward to many years with my new Shark vacuum cleaner.

Great vac for the price. We had one exactly like this one except the brush on our old one wasn't a "no-tangle" brush. We'll see how this does. We dont have shedding dogs or wall to wall carpet, just rugs so this should do for the occasional rug vacuum.
