This is a terrible coconut milk. It doesn't truly taste anything like coconut. It is like a stripped down watered down version. There is 0mg of potassium when compared to other manufacturers. I tried Kara's coconut milk. It has about 320mg of potassium and it even tastes like coconut. It's frothy and rich in flavor. I wasn't expecting this milk to be so terrible.

My mother accidently ordered this coconut milk, and she isn't into coconut at all. I can't have dairy, and therefore was suffering through trying various Soy, Hemp, Almond, and Coconut products. I wasn't crazy about any of them. I missed milk! Since my mother had no plans to drink this product, she gave it to me to try. OH! The light and refreshing taste of THIS coconut milk!! So wonderful!!! It tasted like it came fresh out of a real coconut that had grown on cleanly in Hawaii. Not a super strong flavor, but just a hint of it. Could not believe how good this milk was, especially chilled. Reminds me a bit of 1% milk that has been chilled to the right temperature, only this one is sweeter. ** If you're into sugary drinks, this is not the milk for you. But if you enjoy a nice, natural, refreshing, thirst-quenching, healthy, milk-like beverage... I HIGHLY recommend this So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk. I drink a lot of milk but I'm watching my calories, so I was curious to try this Coconut milk with only 45 calories per serving. My first time using it was in my iced coffee and WOW. Silky smooth texture and a nice subtle coconut flavor! I am hooked! If you're expecting a POW! in your face coconut flavor, then buy the full cream option. No one in their right mind should expect that from a 45 calorie beverage without added flavors and sweeteners. Thanks So Delicious for making something I love that would break the diet!

I appreciate the attempt, that this milk is unsweetened and organic but, its the worst coconut milk I've ever had. There's nothing coconut about this due to the fact that its extremely watered down. It literally tastes like I poured water on my cereal. I don't like that I'm paying $4-$5 for milk that's 95% water

This is the best vegan milk! It does not taste like coconut and it's not sweet, so it's perfect for sweet or savory things. I use this for smoothies, cereal, mashed potatoes, sauces, everything!!! If I had to give up all vegan products and only keep one, I would keep this one!!!

I use coconut milk for my iced coffee, I've tried other brands with no issues. When I bought this brand the milk was thick and curdled, never happened with other brands. The experstion date was still 3 weeks away & the carton was swollen. I read that means the milk has spoiled. Pretty disappointed

I was disappointed with the product as there was no coconut flavor detected. I had the rest of the family try it to make sure It wasn't me, but they said the same. A huge disappointment as I purchased 2 of the 1/2 gallons. I usually use the Chaokah brand coconut milk to make my oatmeal, baked goods, and curries to get that awesome Coconutty flavor and was hoping this brand would deliver the same great flavor, but it didn't. Really disappointed.

I use this in smoothie recipes and others. Love that it doesn't have an aftertaste. Only gave 4 stars because I tend not to buy as often because I end up dumping half of carton because I don't use up in 5 days. Would freeze if you could buy information I read doesn't recommend freezing.

I can't use milk because of lactose intolerance. I also have to closely watch my carb intake. So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk has been a lifesaver for me. I just use it as I would milk. It's especially good for recipes, creamy without making everything taste like coconut. I highly recommend swapping it out for milk in hot cocoa. Just fantastic.

I used to buy 2 half gallons Of the unsweetened organic coconut milk a week! I loved loved loved it! I used it in my shakes, on my cereal and in my Malibu rum in the evening, shoot I drank it plain! But come on it's changed and not just a little! I've been to 3 different grocery stores including Sprouts to see if I could get what I call the real kind. But NO! I am super bummed out! Will it ever go back to what it used to taste like? Your ice cream is still good!
