This is a terrible coconut milk. It doesn't truly taste anything like coconut. It is like a stripped down watered down version. There is 0mg of potassium when compared to other manufacturers. I tried Kara's coconut milk. It has about 320mg of potassium and it even tastes like coconut. It's frothy and rich in flavor. I wasn't expecting this milk to be so terrible.

I love this coconut milk, it is one of my favorite brands. It has the perfect thickness to it, not watery at all. I highly appreciate that they use organic coconuts and no carrageenan in their milk. It does taste like coconuts! I decided to leave a review based on all other reviews saying that it doesn't taste like coconut! This people are probably used to eating coconut stuff with artificial flavor added and stuff with tons of sugar added. I have eaten clean for the past ten years, I quit sugar when I was 18 years old. Now that i'm 30 this milk taste like delicious coconuts, and it has a bit of sweetness to it!

Has absolutely no coconut flavor. Tastes like water that happens to be white. You are a coconut processing commercial entity. Clearly your processing destroys the taste. Use coconut flavoring if necessary to give it at least a hint of flavor. Oat and soy milks are much more flavorful in unsweetened form. Figure it out!

I drink a lot of milk but I'm watching my calories, so I was curious to try this Coconut milk with only 45 calories per serving. My first time using it was in my iced coffee and WOW. Silky smooth texture and a nice subtle coconut flavor! I am hooked! If you're expecting a POW! in your face coconut flavor, then buy the full cream option. No one in their right mind should expect that from a 45 calorie beverage without added flavors and sweeteners. Thanks So Delicious for making something I love that would break the diet!

I use this in smoothie recipes and others. Love that it doesn't have an aftertaste. Only gave 4 stars because I tend not to buy as often because I end up dumping half of carton because I don't use up in 5 days. Would freeze if you could buy information I read doesn't recommend freezing.

I was so happy when I found dairy free and low carb at the same time... and was soooo disappointed when I tasted it. What you're selling here is White water. Not even a trace of coconut and completely tasteless. You should call it UnFlavored, not only unsweetened. Literally, Tastes like white swamp water. Disgusting!!

I tried the unsweetened coconut milk because, after using almond milks for many years, I had gotten a carton with large slimy blobs in it. This was no better, just awful in a different way. All separated even after vigorous shaking. Is it supposed to look like this? And the surface looks dull, like a coating of something on it....and that's not to mention it feels like it leaves a coating of lard on your lips. In a word, disgusting. I'll go back to almond milk and run it through a strainer.

We love this product, it's my favorite non dairy milk to cook with, makes everything taste rich and creamy. BUT I'm so disappointed that my local Publix has discountinued it. In fact, they discontinued most plant based milk options. I'll now order online.....finally found the perfect milk replacement! Thank you!!

My mother accidently ordered this coconut milk, and she isn't into coconut at all. I can't have dairy, and therefore was suffering through trying various Soy, Hemp, Almond, and Coconut products. I wasn't crazy about any of them. I missed milk! Since my mother had no plans to drink this product, she gave it to me to try. OH! The light and refreshing taste of THIS coconut milk!! So wonderful!!! It tasted like it came fresh out of a real coconut that had grown on cleanly in Hawaii. Not a super strong flavor, but just a hint of it. Could not believe how good this milk was, especially chilled. Reminds me a bit of 1% milk that has been chilled to the right temperature, only this one is sweeter. ** If you're into sugary drinks, this is not the milk for you. But if you enjoy a nice, natural, refreshing, thirst-quenching, healthy, milk-like beverage... I HIGHLY recommend this So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk. When I buy coconut milk, I am not looking for a milk substitute but I am looking for coconut milk for curries and smoothies because I love and want the coconut taste. This is not fit for my curries or smoothies. And now I have a bulk package of this tasteless milk.
