Pozzo Top Control Dishwasher with Soil-Sensing Capability

Only had for 2 weeks but has worked well. Cleans dishes well and looks great.

Dishwasher has multiple functions and fits glassware very well and organized into the appliance.

Had some issue when we first got it with the wash delay, but it seems to be better.

You can’t get anyone on the phone to address issues I would buy a more known product from an American made company if I had to do it over again.  First the fridge and now the dishwasher.

I have had issues with 2 appliances

This dishwasher is not working after the hookup is completed. I called Southeast Steele, who told me to call Nicholson Appliance Services, they told me to call FERNO and they will dispatch a work order to them. My Southeast Steele invoice Order #: 203443. The dishwasher problem is the top came sunken that prevent the top tray from pulling out, both side of the door comes with damages and only the first light is displayed then shutoff.  I do not recall these damages on the floor in the first place.
